Aspire Smiles Family Dental Care - Dentist In Sherwood Park

I visited Aspire Smiles Dental Clinic today and I had the BEST experience! I have been looking for a dentist for a while now. I had initially called last week to see if they were taking on new patients. The lady who answered the phone was so incredibly friendly and sounded really excited that I was interested in becoming a new patient. (Customer service is hard to find these days) so this was so nice!

I was greeted by Villen, the dental receptionist at the front desk who was so, so friendly, she was training a new lady, who seemed so eager to help me too!

I was then seen by Emma who was the dental assistant and she let me know she was a recent graduate and we had such a great conversation, even another recent graduate came by to assist Emma when she was having a few issues (what great team work)

My dentist was Dr. Barlow and she was amazing; one of the BEST dentists I have ever seen. Dr. Barlow was kind, funny and explained every single detail! I have never ever had a dentist that walked me through in detail ever! It was so lovely.
Dr. Barlow advised me of the things that she felt needed to be watched and didn’t push me into fixing something that wasn’t broken.

They even have IV sedation for those who are really nervous of dentists!

If you’re looking for a great dentist, who listens and will not make more work than what is needed. Please visit these gems!
They also have the most amazing waiting area, full of beautiful greenery and the comfiest chairs… I literally felt like I was in an oasis. The

I choose Aspire Smiles when we moved to Sherwood park because of the review, as I have had dental trauma in the past as a child and did not want the same experience for my son. We have gone 3 times now and each time has been amazing all the staff are so good with my son.

TODAY my mind was blown - My 7 year old son had to have a stubborn baby tooth pulled today, he was a little anxious - I was a lot anxious but couldn’t show it because I’m mom. Dr. Weaver and Lily were both so good with my son, Dr. Weavers technique with the needle for the freezing blew my mind my son didn’t even realize he was getting a needle because she is so good at what she does. Lily was very patient with my son and answered all his questions while she was getting everything set up and let him talk her ear off. Thank you thank you thank you! ❤❤❤

Again all the staff is amazing, front staff, assistants and the dentists. I strongly recommend checking them out if you have children or some bad experiences yourself. Thank you so much Aspire!

I’d like to thank the Aspire team for making my visit Lovely! I am not a dentist Person, As Dr. Cross said, I’ve been in the chair a lot and I appreciate it how well Dr. Cross and her team took care of me. I will go back! And I will recommend her!

I'm a new patient at Aspire Smiles and all I can say is...WOW! The customer service is absolutely amazing and every staff member that I talked to were super fantastic! Laura is my hygienist and she is absolutely amazing! Is it weird that I'm actually excited to go back to a dentist? 😊

Update: I got to meet my dentist Kelsie and her dental assistant Kelsey (not sure if that's the correct spelling) and they were absolutely great to deal with! Got some work done and didn't feel a thing already have my appointments booked for next month and early next year

Switched to Aspire Smiles Dental nearly 2 years ago. Every visit has been met with friendly , helpful front staff & caring dental staff & dentists. Recently my insurance changed from employee to a retiree plan. Huge mess ensued with insurance company & Aspire Smiles was most informative . Most importantly my experience with crown replacement & filings have been calm & soothing. Glad I switched !

I was impressed with my Dental Hygienist (Nikhita) for she is very thorough, patient and knowledgeable. She also give tips on how to properly take care patient's teeth.
Anyone will be amazed on how she perform oral prophylaxis. She nailed it! It truly shows that she loves her work genuinely! She is definitely an asset to this clinic! Keep it up!

Best dentist I've been to hands down. I am PETRIFIED of the dentist. As soon as I walked in it was warm and comfortable and didn't have that cold feel or dentist smell lol everyone was extremely nice and helpful. I will recommend everyone I know to go here. They are wonderful

Fantastic service from the front counter to the dentist work. The assistants were kind, proffesional and a delight to converse with. As a new patient l was amazed at how comfortable and welcome everyone made me feel.

Staff from reception to dentist are friendly, welcoming and engaging. Always making an effort to make me feel welcome and relaxed. I never feel like a number here, i'm always appreciated as a person in their care.

Have had many nightguards made in the past at another dental office. Recently, I had one made through Aspire Smiles and it was by far the best experience and result. They have a way of scanning an image of your teeth so there is no need to use the trays of goop to create the mold for the nightguard. That was a much easier process and the nightguard fit perfect with no adjustments needed. The most comfortable nightguard I ever wore.

I had a great experience with this dental clinic, all staff members are truly kind and very welcoming atmosphere and made me super comfortable whenever I visited. I had a tooth implant, crown& root canal done with Dr.Li. He has great skill with what he does and he is good at communicating with a patient.
His detailed explanation made me easily understand. That’s why I’m following him everywhere!Highly recommend this location and Dr.Li.

I drive from West Edmonton to visit this dental office. Not only is is beautiful inside, its also clean. I'm always greeted by reception with a smile and happy hello! I thoroughly know what the hygienist is doing at all times and I always learn new ways to take care of my teeth! I usually see Dr. Cross primarily because she is amazing at her job, but also because she is extremely caring. She has been the only dentist who can do my fillings properly. In the past my fillings would only last 6 months to a year, and when she took over they have lasted several years with no sensitivity. Overall, this is hands down the best dental office I've been to! Highly recommend!

Best dentist I’ve ever been to! Dr. Cross explained everything to me and we decided together the best plan of action and not once did I feel judged(even though it had been YEARS since the last time I had been to the dentist) nor did I feel nervous during my meet and greet. This is the first time I’m actually excited, as much as you can be for any dental work, to go back for my next appointment. I have horrible anxiety(not just for dentists) so although my anxiety will still be ever present, this dentist office is the first time I’ve ever felt understood and truly cared for. I will recommend this dental office and especially Dr. Cross to EVERY SINGLE PERSON I know!!! Thank you for being such amazing human beings.

Started going to Aspires Smiles about 2 months ago after leaving a dental office I went to for 15 years. What a refreshing experience. Aspire Smiles is a caring and very respectful place to be. I cannot recommend Aspire Smiles more highly! Dr Weaver is incredible and the staff are quick and professional. The clinic always runs on time and it’s easy to get in for appointments. You can’t go wrong with this clinic!
