Shelly is an awesome instructor with a sincere passion for the well being of her clients. The seniors there just Love her.Iwholy support her cause,as I am also a weightlifting coach,and international referee, with 50 years experience in the fitness industry. Highly recommended it,as she is very family friendly.

This gym really is its own community. It's truly so welcoming and family friendly. I leave each time with my cup more full than when I arrived.

The coaches are excellent at motivating and communicating expectations without being overbearing. Not only that, but they are quick to demonstrate each exercise and provide modified examples so individuals at every fitness level can participate.

If you are looking for a dynamic, inspiring family-friendly gym, this is the place. We do kickboxing, weightlifting and Capoeira there and the environment and culture are amazing. It is very much a community of people working on their health without judgement. It's super clean and has lots of free parking. I hate working out passionately, but I love this place. They'll push you by inspiring you. I can't recommend this place enough. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lots of classes for the entire family. The price is very reasonable. The owners care for their clients and are amazing! If you are looking for a welcoming community and to get back in shape, this is a perfect gym for that!

I absolutely hate running and group classes, but I wanted to get in shape for the summer. Checked a few places out and then I stumbled up the Little Sweatshop. It's a great place to workout and get a sweat on. Everyone from the staff to the members are friendly and helpful. Great price, in-and-out in just an hour. Highly recommend this place!

Best gym for people who don't want all the Beefcakes and spray tans you normally find at a gym. Family oriented and community focused, LSS has a really solid group of trainers and clientele that make you feel welcome, help you achieve your best you, without the normal douchey attitude. Reasonably priced membership costs that cover your entire household too.
