The staff at this clinic are truly AMAZING!! They care about your animals and about you! They listen to you and strive to make your visit the best it can be no matter the circumstances! I had to put one of my beloved cats down and they went above and beyond to accommodate us! I appreciate the kindness and respect they have for their customers and their pets! I have being using this veterinary clinic for a few years and consider them a cut above the rest! A special thank you to Trina for her deep commitment to her job she always makes me feel heard and goes out of her way to help however she can! Thank you very much to all the staff it means so much to me to have you guys to turn to for our fur babies needs!!

So thankful for this wonderful vet. The staff is truly amazing, compassionate, caring. Not only do we bring our two dogs there but they also helped with our cat who they then put to sleep for us. They were incredible.

brought our dog here because of the positive reviews and they did not disappoint. My dog got better medical attention than I've ever gotten myself from a doctor! We felt heard and were well informed and we didn't feel like we were being fleeced or upsold. Was also impressed that we weren't judged for our dog's aversion to being touched by strangers. They were cooperative and patient and our boy got what he needed. Amazing vet, worth the drive.

My cats are so well taken care of by these ladies. Every single vet i have had the pleasure of seeing with here is extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and just fantastic. The prices of things for vets is always expensive but I’ve never felt as though I’ve over paid for anything at this clinic. Love this vet and won’t go anywhere else!

I've been bringing my boy Jax here for a little over a year, they're incredible with making him feel comfortable, as even though he's a bully breed he's a bit of a baby.
I recently had to bring our new baby zoro in as there were a couple things wrong with him and I was getting worried! The vet and the staff were amazing, eased my mind and were great with zoro as well! They explain exactly what they're going to do and ASK if the prices are okay.

Thank you for fixing up my boy, it's only been a couple of days of I've already noticed a difference in him.

Dr.Hudson always takes her time to figure out what’s wrong with your pet, treats them like her own and even when we brought our new puppy she still asked about our dog at home as well. Best vet we’ve been able to find, and we make the 30 minute drive each way to see her no matter what.

Dr.Loewen is amazing. She made my cat feel comfortable and less afraid. She definitely cares about your animals. The staff at the front are also great.

Dr.Lisa is amazing! Brought our German Shepard in and she quickly diagnosed his issue and put him on a treatment plan. Very knowledgeable and personable! We will definitely be back!

The ladies at blackfalds vet clinic were awesome. Dr Wendy was so patient and loving with our scared reactive dog Raizin !! They were all accepting and did not judge our sweetie !!! They were very accommodating as well!!! Thanks so much !! We will be back. !!!

Knowldable and friendly staff. I bring my rabbit here for the R(V)HD2 vaccine. Myxomatosis, this deadly virus is here in Alberta, and if your bunny is outdoors, you should be getting this vaccine. It's a very nasty, fatal virus. I believe maybe due to lack of public knowledge, this has made this vaccine extremely hard to find in Central Alberta. Plus the drug company only allows case lots sold. In most cases vets wont carry it due to people not knowing/getting it for their buns, and it's not cost effective; hense this post! Keep the vaccine at Blackfalds Vet, and keep your sweet bunnies safe! 🐰❤

Best staff!! Everyone who works here are so kind and genuine. They helped us when my beautiful Bull Mastiff, Faith, was at the end stage of her life and gave me advice and support to help keep her as pain free as possible until we had so goodbye.
My St Bernard/Border Collie, Charlie actually loves going in and seeing everyone here as he gets lovings and treats. Everyone here makes it a positive experience for him and for myself as well.
They never pressure you to purchase anything and the cost is comparable to other clinics as well.
I love that they are in our little community and am thankful for their kind and empathetic care

All the staff is amazing, they care so much for all the animals they treat. No issue is too small and they never brush off my concerns. I am happy that Diva is their patient.

My dog had a hangnail tonight and was limping around in pain, my husband called the vet and they got him right in tonight. We didn't have a net vet since we moved to town, but we do now. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service 🐕‍🦺

Took Miss Skye in to Vet today for Wellness Check. Staff as always were Friendly Attentive to Both Miss Skye and myself. I highly recommend Blackfalds Vet to anyone needing help with their Furbabies.. My baby is skittish around everyone, BUT allowed the Vet to do whatever with her.

Amazing! I came in with concerns and they answered all of my questions patiently and treated my dog very well. Very friendly and knowledgeable service, would highly recommend.

The vet was really good with our pups sore eye. She interacted with my kiddos too. They got to learn lots about what she was investigating and what she was testing for. Had a really great visit!

Loved that they were able to get us in in a timely manner. The vet was so friendly and informative. Spent time to go over all treatment options and was so good with my dog. Will definitely be back and will recommend this clinic.
