I had always stressed about going to the dentist until I started going to Orchard Family Dental. All the staff are absolutely amazing!! I have very sensitive teeth and Shauna, the hygienist, is very understanding and knows how to work with my sensitivities. Dr Merchant is very thorough and takes his time explaining everything and answering any questions. I didn’t know going to the dentist could be such an enjoyable experience until I found this clinic. I have since moved an hour away and continue to make the drive because I won’t consider going anywhere else. If you have any stress or anxiety when going to the dentist, this is the place for you!!

Dr Merchant has a truly great team here! Their friendliness and professionalism really makes me feel at ease when I come in. I know a lot of people experience anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist but this team's ongoing patience and communication always helps to make my visit relaxed. Having trust in my dentist and the practice is a must for me and I definitely experience that here.

We absolutely love orchard family dental! My husband and I love the atmosphere and the amazing staff who are warm and welcoming! We also bring our 3 year old there and we have nothing but amazing things to say about our experience! Dr. Merchant and assistant Haley are absolutely amazing with children and make him so comfortable during his appointment! He actually looks forward to going! We are so thankful to have such an amazing dental office to go to!

Dr. Merchant has been a huge help to me. I no longer have to take any meds going in for reg treatments. He is kind and gentle and has only your best interests at heart. And he’s fast! Dr. Merchant takes the time to really talk with you, listens carefully & provides through treatment. Shauna is a wonderful hygienist that does the most careful, pain-free cleaning & checks we have ever had. The clinic is modern, clean, bright & open. We highly recommend Orchard Family Dental!

Amazing dentist. Very professional, superior manners and explains things well and take his time with his Patients. Dr. Rehan walked me through the procedure step by step, it was painless and there was no wait time. Staff were great and the office was super clean. I finally found myself a dental home. I have been going to this dental office since it first opened. Loved Dr. Ng and his staff , however since the new owner took over I love it even more. Shawna ( the dental hygienist) is by far the best one I have ever been to in my life. So thorough and just a lovely person all around. Dr. Merchant is wonderful too! I highly recommend this clinic. My family and I have been going here for over 15 years and it's under Dr. Merchant's care recently but they have made big strides in improving the office and dental rooms. I find the staff friendly and trustworthy. They check insurance before doing a procedure and ensuring what is covered and there is no shock when the appointment is done. I never had anything other than exceptional service in the dental chair from Shauna.
