Very good sandwiches with friendly service. Had the pulled pork mac n cheese and it was delicious. A bit pricey but the quality is there so it's worth the price. Coke products unfortunately but there's a KFC next door to get Pepsi :)

Went to the outlets for lunch and settled on Chachi's since they have (openly-advertised) gluten free options. Ordered the Cajun Chicken sandwich with the gluten free bread. Staff were friendly and asked if I had an allergy (maybe to prevent/reduce cross-contamination when making the sandwich). Overall, the sandwich was a 9/10. The bread has a much better taste and consistency than a lot of gluten free bread I've had and the mix of ingredients in the sandwich were delicious. I'd take 1/10 off because it wasn't very big and I could probably eat 3 of them in one sitting - but I am a heavy eater and I hadn't had breakfast. Probably better that it isn't bigger since I'm still awake at work and you probably don't want to eat a giant sandwich and then walk around shopping. I'll be back here soon to try another sandwich!

Side note: got the cherry-flavoured coke to drink and didn't care much for it. Would probably not get it again - but that might just be a personal preference.

The food is really good! The ingredients are fresh and the place is clean. Also the the server are really patient and polite. I had such a good ordering experience over here and I'll definitely come back for the lovely sandwich again.

Honestly, one of the best Caesar salads I’ve had. Staff was very friendly and prompt. Nice to have a keto option in such a small food court.

I was a bit hungry waiting for my flight and decided to try out chachi’s, more specifically their Hot Philly sandwich. This sandwich truly packs a punch, with its thick slices of steak and melted cheese sandwiched between a delicious ciabatta bun. The addition of green bell peppers adds a subtle sweetness that balances out the spiciness of the jalapeños. The result is a deliciously indulgent taste experience that will keep you coming back for more! As for the pricing, it was ridiculously affordable considering the high quality of the meat used in the sandwich. I also ordered a Palmer which was their lemonade mixed with their iced tea. The pricing of their craft beverages was so low compared to some of the other establishments in the mall. Five stars ⭐ from me!

We were out shopping and decided to try and find a spot to eat. Not too many choices in the mall but decided on this place, had never even heard of them before. Let me say thought that I would eat here again without hesitation. The bun was very fresh as were all the other ingredients. No wilted lettuce or day old tomatoes on the Italian sandwich I had. I will be back !

The best food I've ever had in a food court, bar none. Club sandwich was excellent, on warm bread. Very, very impressed.

Friendly staff and FAST service. Ordered the smoked meat sandwich with cherry iced tea. Fresh ingredients and ample portions for the price. Will return, glad to see mall's changing up away from the norm.

Never have complaints. Affordable sandwiches, and they are delicious. The drinks are something different and go great with the sandwiches. Service is always friendly and super speedy.

We got two sandwiches, the Vedge & Clubbin', & we loved both. Quality was high and ingredients were fresh. Staff were very polite and helpful with regards to what is popular and how things taste.

First time ever to Chachi's and wow was I sad, I can't believe I've been missing this place all my life! I've had alot of sandwiches in my life but their Clubbin' sandwich was beyond good. Top 5 in my life. I also had the Carbonara Mac and cheese, also top notch. I recommend the Peach lemonade to wash it all down with. If your here in the mall do yourself a favour and try it!

Steven and his team make the best sandwiches I’ve ever had, Steven always remembers my order to a T and it’s ready quickly & always hot! They have the best customer service and quality of food!

The food was delicious, my husband and I both got the hot philly and it was really flavorful. The ingredients were fresh and the customer service was really great too. We would return!

Omg their food is amazing! Bread is soft and fresh and there is so much flavor even in their simple sandwiches. Will definitely be going back.
