This hotel exceeded all our expectations. The price for the room was worth every cent we spent on our three days of travel. The room is very clean, quiet, comfortable. Breakfasts are nutritious. The location is extremely convenient. We started the day with joy and returned to our room as if it were our own home. We also saw many families with children whose behavior indicated that they were happy in this hotel.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering a wonderful blend of comfort and style. The amenities were top-notch, from the relaxing spa to the mouthwatering on-site restaurant. The location was perfect, with convenient access to local attractions and breathtaking views. I can't wait to return to this hotel for another delightful experience!

Very happy with this hotel. It was conveniently located in an area that isn't super busy, but still connected to everything. A short drive to old city Quebec. Reception was professional and friendly. Kids loved the waterslide and pool. Continental breakfast was decent. Not the best I've had, but definitely not the worst. Very comfortable seating and plenty of space as well. The woman running the breakfast was very friendly and good at her job. The only negative about this hotel was this younger dude who worked there. He was the most gloomy looking guy I saw at the hotel. I saw him cleaning rooms and also in the breakfast area with a dark cloud over his head everytime. No smiles from that guy. But everyone else was really nice and helpful. Overall highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel, great for families. 15 minutes from downtown and the Old City of Quebec. Also very close to the airport for those flying in and out. Free continental breakfast is included with your stay, and the pool is perfect for families. The pool area caters to young ones with a mini water slides and spray/splash area next to the pool and hot whirlpool tub. There is also a sauna and a gym near the pool area.

Staff are friendly and very professional. For English speakers, staff are bilingual so no worries if your French is rusty or nonexistent. Requests for extra towels was met quickly, and all the amenities you expect were already in the room. There was even a mini ironing board and iron. I enjoyed using the Italian coffee maker, and having the Italian coffee -yum!

The European style shower was pretty and easy to use. Love that Hotel Must cares about the environment and strives to save energy wherever possible. A room card is used to keep lights on when in use and go off when card is taken out. Towels and sheets are only changed when requested or every three days in effort to be more green.

Definitely would recommend a stay here to everyone visiting the area!

Been to almost all the Jaro hotels. This was the last one we didn't visit. If you have kids. The slide is by far the best thing. The pool, Jacuzzi and sauna was also great. Roof top terrasse was a nice way to enjoy a drink. Close to the Carrie factory for unlimited arcade games. rooms were modern. Close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Would return again.

Very nice 4 star hotel! The price was also great. I had the Double Queen room, that included a sofa bed. Room was excellent, very clean and new. Continental breakfast was also great. Recommend! You cannot go wrong with this hotel!

This hotel is amazing. I have a fireplace in my room, and one of my co-workers has a painting that folds into a Murphy bed. The beds are comfortable, and the showers are incredible. The blinds block 100% of the light in the event you need to sleep early, and there are plugs and light switches in the night sir table and headboard. This hotel also has an arcade in it, which is quite interesting and cool. 5/5, would recommend.

Excellent place for families!

Likes:
location: close to shopping, cinema, gas station, restaurant, amusement

Ceiling height: 10feet which makes the space feel bigger.

laundry machine: on your floor really helps if you are traveling one place to another and need to do a load or two. price is great too 75cent each to washer/dry.

Room: was super modern, beds comfy, nice size eating table, sink/fridge area. Sleek washroom. I love how they are environmentally friendly with the soap dispensers. no bar soap and mini shampoo/conditioner bottle. That definitely cuts down on a lot of waste!!! They should also definitely do the same with all the takeout cups in the room and provide mugs and glass cups instead.

Pool is amazing. It is located on the 7th floor with a fantastic view of the city. no shallow end for the little ones. would recommend you bring your own floaty or lifejacket because I didnt see any provided. Would have been nice if the hotel offered several noodles for kids to play in the pool inatead of just one.

Breakfast was ok, didn't like the scrambled. eggs.

Highly recommend!

It is a wonderful hotel. My night went into sleeping like a baby. The beds are super comfortable. Just one thing that I wanted to be improved is the breakfast; just to have a bit more choices of vegetarian people, maybe pancakes or waffles. But over all awesome. Thank you !

Hotel is fairly new if not new.
Rooms are big and clean.
Great coffee machine in room.
Matress is firm and comfortable as well as pillows.
Friendly and helpful staff
Indoor pool is great but shows signs of mold and wear and tare.

At night we we're allowed to hang out in the breakfast hall as not to disturb.

Location is good. Free inground parking. Boston pizza restaurant in hotel. Amusement center connected to hotel.

Free continental breakfast is awfull. Eggs taste like they are powdered eggs that are microwaved. Sausages are definitely cooked in microwave.
Coffee had grains in it.
Bananas were brown almost to the point of being ready to throw out or make banana bread with.

Other than horrible breakfast everything else was fine.

Very clean and quiet. Pool and spa are good, breakfast is average, as should be expected in this price range.

Convenience of having both a Boston Pizza and a gaming center attached to the hotel is AMAZING if you have children! There is also a Cora breakfast and a pub that shares a parking lot with this Hotel. Everything about this hotel screams location , location, location! It is located in the ideal spot. It is also located 5 minute drive from a HUGE mall that has a theme park inside with lots of rides.

Great hotel for the price. Definitely book off their website and not travel site as their own prices were significantly less than any advertised I could find. About 20 min drive into the downtown. Paid a couple bucks extra for upgraded room and found it to be very quiet in the corner on upper floor. Only complaint is that pool area is super slippery when wet and a touch cool.
