Very cool place! The children were satisfied, Reasonable prices, there are food and drinks inside, a very pleasant atmosphere 👍☺ I recommend 🙌

I was debating g on the numbers of points - as my only critic would be that certain parent / kid combos should not be allowed. Different story....
The Kazoom is very clean for the number of kids, parents can assist their kids, it’s not too big.
Big plus is the way it’s organized; the control on who can leave with a kid is much better than at other places.
The food selection could be a bit healthier.

Great place to celebrate an event or birthday for younger kids. The place was clean and fun and the staff very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

This is a very cute place. We came with our small day camp and the kids loved it! I wish we could bring in strollers, it would make it easier to come with babies.
Shout out to Joy! I called the cafe because I forgot to pay for my drink and she offered to pay for it with her tip money!!!! I'm so impressed with the service and her kindness warmed my ❤.

We went here as a family of three after checking out from our AirBnb as we had some time to kill before our flight. My son really enjoyed the indoor play ground ! We are highly appreciative of the lady who was in charge. She guided us through a lot of things which includes placing our luggage for the duration of our stay to booking a taxi (and even following up with the taxi company and checking up on us while we were waiting for the taxi). Definitely recommend this place !

Its a great place for a playdate or a birthday party. They provide kid's meals and a coffee for the adults. Have individual rooms for birthday parties and the play area is for everyone to enjoy. Great way to get out the energy of those little ones.

Clean, nice service staff, good condition of playing grounds and not too crowded or noisy as other indoor parks. NO screens, BRAVO 👏. Kids have so much fun 😊

Held my child’s birthday party there. It was very clean, staff was attentive to our needs, very pleasant. They even overcharged me by accident. The manager came to see me to let me know and refund me the difference. I was very impressed. Will definitely be back! 100% recommend!

Great find! Quaint and cozy, it's nice to leave your child and not worry about where they went, but its also not so small that they get bored.
We had so much fun there and I fit in the modules so I could play in there with my son no problem!

Remarkably clean place for kids. Kind staff. Cosy and very comfortable for toddlers. Healthy snack like carrots and celery with a dip also available, tasty hit dogs- in short, there is a good choice!

Very first place we ventured out to find in Montreal was this Kazoom cafe. Never stopped visiting ever since. My 4 year old daughter loves this place so much that we frequent it almost twice a week. So good, safe for kids to play, have fun and enjoy. Infact we celebrated her b'day here. They have b'day packages too which are good and value for money worth. Special shout-out to Joyce the co ordinator there who takes an extra effort to be as friendly and professional as possible at the same time

Clean and big with a private room to eat your own food. Staff is beyond helpful and kind. Love it here! Highly recommend!

I just threw my daughter a birthday party over there. The place is clean and staff are super friendly. Their party packages are pretty good. We chose the Supreme one, it included food for the kids and snacks for adults. The room was already decorated when we arrived. All this really took care of the big part of planning for me. Another plus point was the place was not huge, so we could still see where the kids were.Everyone enjoyed the place. I highly recommended Kazoom Cafe. I will definitely come back.

This was the second time we celebrated our daughter's birthday at Kazoom. Still very good service (very clean, friendly staff, good finger food for children, good size room, nicely decorated). Our guests had a blast. We are very very happy. Highly recommended 😊

Went last night. The staff at the front desk was sooo nice and the place was spotless. I have gone to a lot of indoor plays gyms but this one was shiny in comparison. Nice to have in winter and time or covid +

We had so much fun with my four years old daughter . They have limited items but thanks to Joyce(the agent) we had really great time. Joyce was attending all our needs all the time with professional and friendly manner. The bathroom was also very clean. I don't normally do review but Joyce's performance was exceptional and needs appreciations.

We had our daughters 4th birthday here. Nice place, great athmosphere.  Also  kid safe. Generous food portions for the kids. Staff is very friendly, and helpful. They let us have the room earlier then expected. It was clean, simply decorated. We are very satisfied with our overall experience. Thank you Kazoom for making our daughters birthday party a memorable one. She had a blast!

First time. Staff super friendly. I arrived around 3 pm on a Saturday with my toddler. Playground full of kids running around with excitement. Tables are full. I thought I wouldn't be able to get a table but one of the staff assisted me to a table right before our order arrived. Big plus of friendly smiley staff ! Thank you

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Kazoom is my favourite weekend destination, my kids enjoy playing safely there. I can watch them from my seat while I drink my latté which they do it very well . My daughter was invited to a birthday party there which I found was extremely successful, organized and food was delicious, lots of varieties and most of all the place is super clean all the time. I even got to know nice families there and made some friends. The owner is always welcoming and smiley . I love this place.
