We received an email Dec 12 2023 from Green House Grant program. Not being computer or email savvy, we could not make a proper reply. We did answer the email, saying we already had submitted the paperwork throught L&D.

Two weeks later we received an email saying we had been removed from the grant program, because we had not responded properly.

I then continued to reply to the first email over and over again, explaining that we did not understand the first email request and were confused. I may have sent 15 to 20 emails , till finally someone ( must have been an older employee who understood that older people can be confused by all of this new electronic world ) at the program headquarters. responded.

They had our paperwork and we were being put back on the grant program list.

Excellent service and nice people. Answered all questions and phone calls.
