Fleury Hospital

A small and old hospital, but the employees make up for it ! Even if they're short on staff, everyone was very kind and patient. I got a great service and did not feel forced out of the building after my surgery. I was told by Charlotte, the evening nurse assigned to me, to take my time and leave once I was comfortable to do so... much appreciated.

The first time here I spoke a little French but everyone was super nice tho I did come at 10:24 pm and I'm still here at 3:45am And everyone in good spirits even got a night Guard took this photo of this place.

Only hospital in the vicinity in a densely populated part of town. Issue with the government not the administration. Great nurses and doctors.

I'm giving 4-stars but only because I want to give Guillaume (a nurse on the 6th floor)recognition. My mother has had a few hospitalizations here in the past few years. The doctors and the nurses aren't human. They just do their jobs, and not very well. But she had a stay recently that won my heart. I went to visit her and this big guy - a male nurse - was actually making her laugh. She's usually so anxious and lonely. He was so kind. Merci Guillaume.

The staff was very kind and understanding and answered my questions.

My Daughter had surgery at this Hospital and the staffs was excellent. Very caring and attentive . They were helpful and answered all your questions. I was very impressed with the staff on the 3rd Floor. Very focused. Great Team. Doctors, nurses, Pab, Everyone .

My mom was admitted by ambulance 5 weeks ago. She had fallen and fractured her hip...and had hip replacement surgery 2 days later. Although a mostly french speaking staff and my mom spoke no french and very little english...they made an effort to communicate with her...the food was pretty good and they took good care of her. They are under staffed but they do their best. I dont think its fare to blame long wait times on the hospital ...blame your government for that. Overall the experience was a good one considering all the poor reviews. They do make the effort with what they have and were very nice. My mom is 93 years old...she stayed there 10 days and was then transferred to notre dame de mercier for 3 weeks of rehab.

Went there for some.semi urgent tests. The hospital seems to get a bad rap but I was treated promptly, courteously etc. I guess if you have an actual appointment you're ok.

Good enough. I went trough Emergency with broken leg. Had to wait about 1h but the room was full of people. Hospital stuff was nice and careful.
Went to emergency with my allergies and breathing problem, they took me and fixed right away.

My experience at this hospital was great! My surgery was on time, the nurses were so kind and were very good at making jokes and revealing my stress. They provided me with the right information before and after my surgery. The staff is more francophone, but they are absolutely open to speaking to you in english, which is what I did at times because I know medical terms better in english, but I also speak french well so it balanced out. The hospital is small compared to bigger hospitals like Lakeshore and the Vic but in general, I had great service

I recently went to Hôpital Fleury to have a closed reduction for my broken wrist. Everyone from the triage nurse to my ortho surgeon and anesthesiologist and OR personnel took excellent care of me and made me feel waaay less anxious about my procedure. 8th floor day surgery unit was very quiet, pleasant, and the staff are terrific. I really really appreciate that everyone I encountered was professional and very human with a great sense of humor. Kudos guys!

I had an operation September 1st on the 8th floor room 813. I would like to thank my doctor and staff the nurses were very kind and thoughtful. They treated me with respect I appreciated the service.

Je me suis présentée sur les lieux le 8 août 2022 vers les 18h00, je me suis fait acceuillir par deux agents de sécurité sur place, une était souriante et l'autre était grognon voire, aigri. Somme toute, on m'a bien informé sur les directions à prendre pour me rendre à mon rendez-vous dans l'hôpital. Le rendez-vous médical a été plutôt rapide et le technologue en charge semblait motivé et passionné par son travail. Il a été courtois, sociable et professionnel. Cela a été de même pour les 2 autres employés qui se sont occupés de moi en radiologie (rayon X). Entre autre, une dame très douce, avenante, gentille et qui expliquait clairement ce qu'elle faisait. Merci à cette dame qui mérite d'être employée du mois. Je souhaite ajouter que toutes les personnes que j'ai croisées que soit patients ou personnels médical, ils ont tous été agréables, polis et respectaient tous sans exception le port du masque. Ça fait presque étrange de voir ça de nos jours. Dernier point, les lieux étaient propres et durant le temps de mon rendez-vous j'ai vu au minimum 3 agents d'entretien faire leur tâches assidûment. C'est encourageant de voir cela. Je recommande donc cet établissement pour vos rendez-vous médicaux. C'est sécuritaire et le service est très décent.

J'ai eu une bonne expérience lors d' une endoscopie. La secrétaire à l'accueil, les infirmières et le médecin ont tous été fantastiques. Merci 🙏🏻

Debo decir GRACIAS! A pesar de no hablar francés una ayudante de ese hospital me ayudó con la traducción, el señor de seguridad tan amable, la doctora y el trabajador social fueron de gran sostén en ese momento que llegue. Mil gracias 🙏🏻

Le personnel etaient tres acceuillant et agreable, du concierge qui ma guider a la secretaire qui ma gentillement acceuilli a l’infirmiere avec qui j’ai eu une discussions encore plus agreable et qui ma expliquer l’examen que j’allais subir…(gastroscopie……………)a la docteur qui ma fais passer l’examen et a lautre infirmiere qui ma garder sous surveillance apres mon epreuve difficile tout etait parfait. Bon j’ai quand meme du attendre plus d’un an pour mon rendez vous mais pour ca il faut aller se plaindre sur la page google de l’assamble nationale du quebec!
