An excellent expérience for the emergency service in this hospital.
I don’t know if I am lucky enough,personally Today I only waited around 10min to start my treatment in Urgence.
I will appreciate the hard and professional work from the Évaluation lady, smiling kind lady for the file resignation,the doctor in Triage B, nice and attentive lady for B-ultrasound and my professional doctor à la Porte 8.

I had a great treatment at the hospital, I was suffering from a severe asthma attack . The staff was great they took good care of me. Can not complain. Thank you to the hospital Cité-de-la-Santé de Laval and all the wonderful staff.

Went to emergency, within 20 minutes I had completed triage and I was asked if I wanted to make an appointment at a clinic for the next morning. Saw a doctor, was back within 4 days having knee surgery. Excellent Orthopaedic staff and surgeon. Excellent staff!

Had a potential blood clot in my arm with a heavy chest yesterday, thought this was it and the rapid response i got was incredible. They made a bad situation turn into a good one really quick. I appreciate all the nurses and doctor that came to my rescue. I appreciate you all in so many ways, thank you for your quick response and fast action. I am home and resting. Thank you!!!

Called the family clinic for my daughter and got appointment for the same day. They did x-rays and blood tests and received the results 3 hours later, we were very well treated and the service was impeccable.

I gave birth to a premature baby at this hospital. Every single nurse and doctor who treated me during the delivery were knowledgeable, kind and treated me with respect. Now I’ve spent a couple of weeks with my baby at the NICU and my opinion of the doctors and nurses who are caring after my baby has not changed; they are so kind, loving and patient with new parents.

I cannot thank you enough for all the care you provided me with. I felt that my family members took care of me. Unfortunately, I did not get the names of the stuff throughout my 4 days admission (23-26 February). Yet I remember Oliver as he introduced himself and was concerned to pass the message to me from my brother who was worried about me. Oliver, you are beyond professional, you are caring and friendly, reassuring and full of high spirits. And I believe this is contagious. I’m in awe by how amazing the staff is at this hospital. I read the other reviews and yes the emergency section needs a bit of work to make things cleaner, more organized and run quicker. However this does not affect my 5-star rating on this hospital. After a stay at the emergency, a small procedure a few days later, and ending up having a day surgery, I went through several departments and teams. Every department was kind, helpful, attentive and gave off a positive vibe. Even when speaking to each other I witnessed the staff’s support and positive connections. All in all, great job team. Yes there’s always work to be had, but this experience was by far my best hospital experience to date.

My daughter was sick I took her to U. I got good service from all doctors and all other staff. This issue is if you want good behaver you should be nice with people. the formula is if you nice with 100 people you can expect nice behave from 1. You are not doing with 1, and you expect from all. it is not fear right ? and finally you have to understand it is gov hospital lots of protocols needs to follow.

This hospital's Block D will always be special to me. Because my baby was born premature, he was transferred from CHU Sainte-Justine to this hospital shortly after birth. My baby spent 10 days in Neonatology (NICU) in Block D. The nurses were extremely humble and caring. They take excellent care of our child. I'd like to thank all of the nurses in the Neonatology department. Thank you for everything.❤

It was one day in and out operation, but I did a mistake and ate a bite of banan on the morning. So when nurse
Asked me about morning eating
I told her yes. Anyway my operation was reported it and my operation was delayed accordingly.
I have to admit that cite de la santé in Laval staff and nurses are very helpful honest and quick. I’m waiting to go out but I’m happy and satisfied.

Amazing service after breaking my collarbone and got appointment next morning on a Saturday. Immediately got to see doctor and now feel very well taken care of during the coming 8 weeks treatment and follow up visits. Staff working hard, being professional and friendly made my first visit here very pleasant. Highly recommended however you may want to visit a walk in clinic or your family doctor prior so that you don’t go to the emergency unit unless it is a true emergency.

My brother had lung cancer stage four and the hospital staff was great. They spoke English and French which was great. The staff in palliative care was amazing. So kind and compassionate.
I want to thank the staff. Amen.

I had to take the chance and write this review. My mom had unbearable pain in her stomach last week and she stayed at emergency for two nights. She still can't stop raving how nice the nurses and the doctors were with her and how well they took care of her. These people are true angels in form of human. Thank you❤🙏

Excellent care. Was staying in the area for several months after condominium was destroyed and restorations were taking place. Had never visited this hospital before, was extremely happy with the excellent care I received both in the ER and the follow-up appointments provided. Very grateful for every moment spent there!

The nerses and doctors at this hospital are one of the nicest and most caring people I’ve ever met, they check on you every few minutes and make sure you don’t need anything. Very clean and hard working staff.

Super friendly and professional nurses, if I get hit another time with a car, I would definitely return...

I only have good things to say about this hospital, from the first incident of a broken arm, going through all the check-ups of my pregnancy and the attention we received in emergencies when my baby who was less than a month old got sick, thanks to the nurses, doctor and paramedics that night where they saved my daughter's life, maybe not everyone agrees but from me and my family thank you very much

My wife admitted at the hospital last week and she said that she received excellent care due to Covid-19. We can’t visit her but she said the staff treated her like family. They work so hard.
