VR St-Cyr

This place is AMAZING!! We are traveling in Canada far from home when we experienced a mechanical failure of a critical part of our RV. We showed up on a Monday morning unannounced and they could not have been more helpful. They bent over backwards to figure out our problem and did what they could to help us - even advocating for us with Winnebago when Winnebago was not willing to help us. They let us charge our batteries all day and were pleasant and accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend this dealership if you are in the area. A big thank you to Jade, Director of Operations, and Patrick, mechanical wonder!!

This is the best team at the best rv repair shop I've ever experienced and I'm on my 4th rv!!! I pulled in at 3.45 on a Friday with no prior appointment and they replaced my class c side door handle kit that was completely destroyed... on the spot!!! They had the part in inventory! Then at 4.30 at closing, I told them that I ran over a curb and wrecked my auto step and they hammered it out to allign it and fixed it!!!! Then I told them that my truma aguago water heater was stuck on recalcification mode. I've tried everything for the last 4 weeks..truma, forest river, 2 wasted vacation days...and the gave me good advice to try and it worked!!! Omg these guys are amazing. Please go here for any rv needs. I'm from Florida and would never get this this service in Tampa Bay. This location is quebec city and they even help me in English. This is the place!!!! Marc and the service department went above and beyond to meet our needs in a tight time frame. The service was professional, first class and very timely. And the technician/mechanic Patrick was transparent and candid walking us through our problem. Merci beaucoup!

Marc & Patrick were ae to squeeze me in without an appointment to replace my water pump. They called and explained everything before they went ahead with the repairs.

I also must congratulate them both for telling me that I could speak English after trying my best to communicate with them in French. Their English was also 5*. Great job guys & thank you so much for getting me back on the road with running water.

Un très gros merci à VR ST-CYR pour l'excellent service du début jusqu'à la livraison de notre roulotte au camping. Chaque personne avec qui nous avons eu contact a été à la hauteur et à répondu à tout nos besoins. Ont nous a expliqué de fond en comble le fonctionnement de notre roulotte, répondu à toutes nos questions et remis notre roulotte à la date et l'heure prévu en prenant bien soin de s'assurer de notre satisfaction. Le lendemain de la livraison, un problème majeur est survenu et Patrick, au service, a été d'une aide incroyable. Il s'est déplacé à notre camping en notre absence pour régler le problème et il a été en communication avec nous de façon régulière. Un gros merci à toute l'équipe pour votre professionnalisme.

Très bonne expérience. Service courtois, agréable et soucieux de la satisfaction du client. Nous avons été pris en charge du début à la fin incluant la pose du module de frein sur mon véhicule. J'ai aussi eu la chance de tester le service apres vente qui a été sans reproche. Je recommande chaudement.

. J’ai acheté mon VR voilà 10 ans chez VR saint-Cyr de saint Nicholas. Je me suis présenté en urgence problème de frigo avec le propane. Ils m’ont dépanné sur le champs. Patrick le technicien a résolu le problème en trente minutes en plus d’avoir été de bon conseil. Tout ça avec professionnalisme et d’une grande courtoisie

J’ai eu un problème avec l’extension de mon VR.
Elle était ouverte, dépassait chez mon voisin et ne voulait plus se refermer, alors que je préparais une sortie de camping.
J’ai expliqué mon problème chez VR St Cyr de Québec. Patrick est venu me voir à la réception. Je lui ai expliqué le problème et il m’a demandé de l’attendre quelques minutes. Il est revenu avec Steve qui m’a dit qu’il viendrait chez moi le même soir. Il est venu, a entré l’extension et m’a dit de me présenter le lendemain matin chez VR St Cyr. Ils ont immédiatement fait la réparation et j’ai repris le VR le jour même.
Grand merci à Patrick et très grand merci à Steve pour son bon travail et son excellente collaboration.

Steve est venu hier, samedi le 16 sept 2023, réparer, un rappel , de la compagnie de notre roulotte et il a fait un très beau travail!!
Il est très minutieux et on voit qu il connaît très bien sa job , on voit qu il est un passionné de ce qu il fait !!
