These guys are awesome. Friendly with a great sense of humor, responsive, reasonable pricing. Called them in the morning about our slow draining kitchen sink and they arrived early afternoon. Drain fixed, cleanout piece added. Cleaned up after they finished too, very happy, highly recommend

We contacted this company and they were quick to respond. Had trouble with toilet not flushing. Found out after many tries that there were tree roots in our sewer line. They worked until the problem was solved. They didn't stop there. They also cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional and had a great sense of humor. Thanks guys for a job well done.

We had an emergency situation yesterday with a hot water heater which had malfunctioned, twice. We had never used JDK Plumbing but our neighbours had and had recommended them should we ever need a plumber.
We called; they came on the same day to assess the problem and arrived the next morning to replace the hot water heater.
Their promptness; efficiency; professionalism and advice were invaluable.
They went over and above what we expected and would recommend them without reservation.
We can't think of a better way to show our appreciation for what they did than to post our experience and to thank them publicly.

Very pleased with the prompt and professional service. Had to have a toilet replaced, they showed up earlier than expected, did the job, were very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Had another plumbing problem a few days later when my shower wouldn’t turn off, J.D.K. responded within ten minutes to fix the problem. Very reasonably priced as well. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

No charge to come and see what needed to be done. Quick response on phone and arrived quickly as well. He had to make 2 trips to address the problem and gave me a great price on a septic pump and had it installed in 10 min!

Had been trying to find a plumber to fix a leaking outside faucet for about 3 weeks. Most places either didn’t respond or couldn’t get to it for weeks. I called JDK Plumbing & Heating today, was pleasantly surprised when I actually got to speak to a person vs a machine. I texted him all my details and they were at my house with the problem fixed in 2.5 hours! I will definitely be using this company for all my plumbing needs.

Arrived, diagnosed faulty check valve on sump pump, replaced check valve and some plumbing. Price was reasonable in my opinion.

Had a clog on kitchen sink. So like most people down goes draino, and plunger for no results. Then called looking for a snake, no luck so went and bought one. Took sink apart with no luck again. More draino! What a waste of time and money as a call to these guys and they showed up Monday morning, polite and professional. Very quickly released the clog and i am back up and running. So lesson learned. Draino once, and wait. No results, CALL JDK. PERIOD. Their price fabulous. My cash wasted before calling them...almost double the visit. Gee! Thanks guys.
