Worse Municipality to build or get permits, lengthy processes application after application just so they can scam you out of more money you earned. Guess scamming tax dollars wasn’t enough

Can't be bothered to create an online payment link on their parking tickets. Yet they charge higher fines if you park on the street during winter than even Kingston does

I would like to share my experience with Loyalist township. Im renting a place in Amhesrtview I paid my utilities on time all the time. Because there are so many bills a month and I totally forgot about water one which should be sent by Loyalist township I haven't received a bill since November. It was the time when post Canada went on strike. For the other utilities like Enercare, uniongas etc I got ether call or email with my bill. As of Loyalist township I figured out about my bill through my landlord who already was stressed out as she got only one mail saying we didnt pay fron November. My husband decided to go and talk to the office place about the situation where he got no clear answer or even apologize for delay. I am happy I am moving from this place as everything here is overpriced and nobody really cares about you. It made my landlord overstressed and placed extra burden on us it is very disheartening as I am a fare person and never delay payments.
