My husband and I have purchased many vehicles over the years from Wayne at McKeowns, it might be a little out of the way for some people but the service is worth the drive! Al and his team are the BEST!

These people are excellent! I had two mechanics look at my tractor and could not get it running. Then I thought let's try McKeown tractor service in Springbrook. The same day I called they were able to come out and shortly after got it running! They might not be able to serve everybody as quick as I was but the service was excellent and very friendly like I have been dealing with them for years. I traded my 2020 ram 1500 in on a 2019 ram 2500 at McKeown Chrysler. The process was very easy! I contacted Cody Andrew's for some information on the vehicle I was interested in. He promptly answered any questions and provided a trade in value for my truck.

Picking up the vehicle and doing the paper work was the smoothest transaction I have had when purchasing a vehicle. Another sales consultant named Jeff was present when I arrived. Doing the deal with Jeff and Cody was effortless.

They even sent me a tim hortons gift card in the mail a week after I bought the truck.

Service department was very quick despite being a bit smaller than most dealerships. Friendly service staff made contact before making repairs. If you have had poor experiences at some of the city dealerships give this one a try. Country folk will treat u right.

I was recommended to McKeowns in Springbrook. I was told there service is second to none. After my first visit to the dealership I was very impressed from the time I walked in the door to when I left after my 2019 Ram was repaired. I had been to a dealership that does not compare to here. John worked on my truck and I can honestly say after leaving I have never felt so relaxed and comfortable as I was there. Everyone is friendly and out going. I was out on my ATV I had forgotten my wallet went to this establishment and I explained my situation I wanted to put $5 worth of gas just to get me home I told the gentleman that I would leave my cell phone there and he says not to worry just wrote down my name and number and said you can pay me sometime this week not too many places are like this anymore I went home and drove back and pay them right away and thank them and appreciated it
