Tidy, clean and well laid out. The displays tell a bit of history and I love that there are open picnic tables to sit and enjoy a meal.

Such a really neat experience, i originally had to use the bathroom, then the lady gave me a key and said it was across the way where the bank was. When I went inside it was done up with old antiques and the building says it the royal bank. So glad I stopped in and the drag was nice a well

The remains of the town at the front of their museum is not all. If you walk along the pathways you will see homesteads from the early 1900's (when the town was being developed). These homes are being taken back by nature and are interesting to see. They have plaques along the path with bits of history, it's a great walk with the dogs, or if you just need to stretch your legs while you are passing through to the north. NOTE: high traffic paths. Bring a leash if you have a "friendly" or "nosy" dog. If you are a pokemon go player headed north, this museum and its pathways house all of the gyms and pokestops in the town.

This is a well kept museum park with strolling paths, outdoor antique farm machinery and picnic tables. It makes a nice rest stop for travellers on Highway 16.

This is a great history for the area; many old buildings and displayed as if a village. We visited before tourist time, but was opened to look and browse the area. Go and visit, you will enjoy.

Beautiful, quiet stop on an otherwise busy stretch of Hwy 16 N. Love to stop here everytime I pass through town.
