We had a truly fantastic experience with Westline Ford ordering our Transit Passenger Van.

The Sales team explained all the options to us for the build and kept us notified of any developments throughout the process. When delivery was stalled by a courier company in Edmonton the owner, Harvey, stepped in and resolved the issue over Christmas. Fantastic!

He patiently answered all my questions and took the time to go through the various features of the vehicle. I left with a comprehensive understanding of my Broncos capabilities.

Not only did they deliver exceptional service, but they also
surprised me by providing a washer windshield fluid, a thoughtful gesture that showcased their commitment to going the extra mile for their customers as they were worried about our drive home in unideal weather conditions.

Service department was kind and informative. They took the time to explain things to me, as the only thing I know of my car is that it is black.. I wish more dealerships were like this! I was very happy with my experience at Westline. I ended up buying a new truck there because my older F350 experienced mechanical problems just as I was driving past the dealership at about 2:00 AM on a -27 winter's night. In the course of the next couple of days I got the old truck repaired and talked myself into buying a new one. At no point did I feel under any pressure from the sales people - the new truck was my idea. Once I got interested then the sales person (Randy) I was working with was very helpful and very knowledgeable as well. Once the deal was made I continued on my way to Terrace with the new 350. To ensure the safety of my old truck and the camper the dealer volunteered to keep them at his residence until my return. A couple of weeks later I got back to the dealership and they installed the camper equipment on the new 350. At that point I was able to transfer the camper to the new truck. Once again, help was freely given and very much appreciated. I found the whole staff to be motivated, friendly and always willing to jump in and help. A good crew for sure!!!

I recently had a roadside emergency, and Westline Ford was able to not only get me in right away, but they also drove me anywhere i wanted to go, kept me up to date on what was happening with my truck in real time. Very good customer experience!

I was having trouble with my truck and they fit me in at 9am the morning after even though i called them at 4:45pm the day before. They're super knowledgeable but are wanting to help more than anything. The service manager was unbelievable and i couldn't recommend more that dealership for service or purchase.

Bought a new 2016 F-150 from Westline Ford and I have to say my experience there was fantastic. The main building isnt much to look at on the inside, but don't let that discourage you because the people and the service are great. It was hands down the best dealership I had dealt with across BC.

Tammi with their service dept is one of the most helpful and courteous service reps I've ever dealt with. You want fair and honest information when seeking advice and repair estimates. I'd recommend going to see Tammi and discuss your interests or vehicle issue before having the work done to determine if Westline can provide a competative quote.

They always treat me well at Westline. I love the fact that I get to talk directly to the mechanics if I want to. This is no slight to the staff up front, but it's just nice to communicate directly. Potentially saves some confusion and just keeps things simple.

Another great experience buying my new 2018 EcoSport! All the staff are great, especially Steve Little! So far I love the EchoSport and am amazed at all the extras included in this SE model, especially FordPass (Sync 3). Thanks to everyone at Westline Ford.
