Had to come by to pick up some currency for my upcoming vacation to USA. There was a big line up as I expected from it being a big branch. As the line grew, the employees noticed and opened up more teller stations to help clients save time. It was my turn in line and the employee apologized for the wait and we proceeded to do business. She was friendly and engaging, and I had excellent and efficient service from her.

All in all, great branch and friendly employees.
