Cottswood’s customer service is fantastic! When I described the problem I had with my 10 year old dining chair on the phone to Raphael, he agreed to take a look at it. Within 1 day, my chair was as good as new. He “went the extra mile” to not just repair the original problem, but also do some preventive care and touch up signs of wear. We have visited the clearance center often and taken clients into the sales and have always been very satisfied with our purchases. I would highly recommend paying a visit when Cottswoid has a clearance sale. Great stuff at great prices.
