The veterinarian was excellent, very thorough and gentle with my pet. The receptionist was also great! Kind, thoughtful, and efficient. I was able to get a next day appointment. 2 months wait at another clinic in a nearby town. Five stars from me!

Everyone there was very friendly & very patient. The vet that I dealt with was so incredibly kind & informative. She helped me with every question I had & was in no rush to get to the next client, which is very rare & made me feel comfortable enough to remember to ask all my questions. She clearly puts her all into her job & was the absolute sweetest with my furbabies. I'll never go anywhere else. Thank you so much for the amazing service!!

Everyone at this clinic is very friendly and we never feel rushed when we ask questions. This is our first puppy so we are new to lots of things and we've really appreciated the care this office has provided. We drive 40 mins just to come to this clinic. Would highly recommend.

We've brought our 6 cats to them 4 times so far. Excellent atmosphere, calming for the animals in a way I've never seen in 22 years of needing vet care. From front staff, techs, aides, to the Veterinarians, their service to our animal companions is like a day at the health spa.
Helpful, and they listen and take concerns seriously, yet can be lighthearted when you take your cat in because:
1. Your cat is chunky, and you felt a "cyst"🤣
2. Your cat is a spoiled arse seeking attention.

the Vet who worked with Sophie is a dog whisperer! She is not usually 'compliant' with nail clipping. He was awesome. Thank you so much. She is better at walking now that her nails are trimmed.

We had previously had our puppy at a different vet clinic and we were told she was just constipated. She was even hospitalized for 3 days with numerous other tests and nothing was found. Our puppy has been having at least 2-3 bad days a week in obvious pain which we thought was constipation. Nothing that we did seemed to help. Fast forward to this past week ( 2 months later). My puppy was near death, and we were not taking her back to the previous vet. We went to Bashaw on an emergency call and Doctor Leighton attended our puppy. He was sure almost immediately that is was not stomach problems, but something much more severe. After running test and making sure our puppies vitals were stable, we were sent to a larger veterinary hospital that could look deeper. When we arrived they had all our information and were expecting us. Doctor Leighton had forwarded the results that he had from his testing and when we arrived at the large Veterinary hospital they immediately started working on our puppy. Within hours they had diagnosed and found the problem. It was a problem with our puppies liver. She is now receiving treatment for her condition and is full of life like we have never seen before. Had we gone elsewhere, we may have lost our precious puppy because of the misdiagnosis. I truly believe Dr Leighton and the crew in Bashaw saved our sweet little girl that day. We are forever grateful, will be clients for life, and ambassadors for Central Veterinary Clinic. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

We were visiting family here for week camping and our dog Milo got really infected eyes...

We showed up without appointment and they were so nice to squeezed us in!

The staff and vet techs are awesome. They are so friendly, understanding and answer all the questions you have about your pets care. The rates are very reasonable also. I would recommend taking your pet here🤗

We have been in twice once for porcupine quills and once for a vaccination both were good experiences. Both time we were in right away . Give you 2 thumbs up 👍👍

Bashawcentral veterinary clinic accommodated us when we got our 4th pet and needed immediate care. There was no problem booking a second visit and our pet was cared for as good as if she was at home. Thanks to the team.

The staff is professional, but also very loving towards my 4 legged friends. They explain what is going on. Build good relationships with the people and the animals. The prices are pretty reasonable. My animals get excited to go there.

On short notice I was able to get an appointment for my dog. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful and also carried out a preventative measure. Building is very clean and modern. I was very impressed with the level of care and reasonable cost.

The staff are always friendly and attentive. Fees are reasonable.

The team here helped us with our little puppy who was suddenly nearing the end of her life. Took the time to care for us in a very special way.

These ladies were so great when I had to pit my 14 year old german shepherd down. Very compassionate, friendly and understanding. Out of the blue I recieved a card from them signed with thier conference and my pups paw print. Never had that thoughtfulness for a city vet. Thank you all so much.

Good to deal with, included some things in the price with the neuter, where with my local vet, nothing was included. Actually took us into a room to talk and not just outside or in the lobby I front of other people. Our vet from on.

Henry is straight up and to the point. He will not do anything unnecessary just to charge you for it like a lot of vets do. He is old school and charges extremely good rates! Only takes cash though so be prepared before going.
