I went into best buy today to get a new charging cable for my phone, and it was pretty easy and convenient to find what I was looking for. Dan with the beard helped me out today, he provided exceptional customer service, and was very friendly. Dan was able to test my cable I brought in, and then recommended a great product that I'm very happy with.

Highly recommend Dan if you're at this location and need a helping hand.

Out of all the Best Buys, or any other tech store I’ve been to, this one in particular is the most friendly, helpful, reasonable.

When my family and I were looking for speakers for our new 70” tv, a very friendly staff namedEster assisted and gave us info about the speaker dynamics, sound-bars, and surround sound and etc info about each speaker we asked about. This helped us decided whether or not.

One other pleasant experience we had was working with a staff named Nathan while planning on purchasing Apple Watches. Although this brand isn’t his cup of tea, he still gave us an unbiased opinion and a professional comparison between the two watch products available, which was very much appreciated.

And lastly, Nathan again helped my brother and I to make the right purchase choice on laptops. As someone who animates, games and does graphic design, I was quite satisfied with the comparisons on graphics, speed, and it’s average lifespan.

So a special thank you to both of those amazing staffs!

Some employees are friendly, but most seem to wish you'd just go home. The Geek Squad here makes the whole store; they genuinely want to help and go above and beyond. I keep going to this Best Buy specifically because of them! These 5 stars are for them!

I went to Best Buy yesterday to purchase a new I pad and had a amazing sales staff (ABBY). She took so much time to set me up and explain everything to me. She was such a big help. Thanks again Abby

I was in tonight with my 12 yr old son who has been saving his allowance to buy gaming headphones. The sales associate had a lot of knowledge and showed him several different brands and models and have reviews on most of them. My son left with a huge smile and is using then now. He says they are amazing. Very positive experience.

I got my Phone in 2019 from Best Buy and Chirag was the one who attended to me. His customer service was amazing as well as his technical knowledge of the phones and plans.

This year 2021, I decided to do an upgrade and Chirag was the one who attended to me also. He professionalism and mannerism were impeccable and amazing. Fido had an error with my profile when I wanted to upgrade my phone. He went above and beyond and still managed to help me rectify the issue with Fido. Even when Fido delayed the upgrade process due to a system error from their end, Chriag was very patient and understanding. I was eventually able to do my upgrade and the process was smooth. The other staff members I interacted with were equally professional and nice. Thanks to the amazing staff and Chirag for always making my few visits to Best Buy a pleasant experience. Very Much Appreciated.

at the Best Buy in Sarnia, after spending thousands of dollars at this store over the years. Luke is attentive,
understanding, professional, and a problem solver. Luke, is one of the reasons I’ll continue to shop at this Best Buy location. Luke quickly solved what could have been an annoying large problem, in around 60 seconds. Excellent service and thank you.

Great knowledgable staff with an eye for detail and some great bargaining to be had. They really know the products and have awesome insights into what is coming out. We do however mostly go here for their repair center. Best prices for the best service.

I Well love u can reserve an item for 24 hrs and they make it so easy. Just reserve, go pick it up, done, that easy. Thanks Best Buy for making life easier.

Before I went in I thought that I was going to need to fight to get a return on a router that I had purchased 47 days earlier. We have been having some real difficulties with our internet at our house and had Cogeco out three times to repair the line and finally change the modem. After this work we still had some WiFi issues with connections dropping and from plugging in an old router I found it was my new router causing issues.

I was over the 30 days taking the modem back in but the girl at the counter understood and asked if I wanted a different router. I already had one picked and she placed the order for it right there while doing the exchange. This went from what I thought was going to be a nightmare to a very pleasant experience. Thank you Meg for such wonderful customer service.

A staff member greated me at the door and took me right to what I was there to buy. The gentleman was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will return to this store.
