Honda Ile Perrot

Very happy with my CRV hybrid purchase @ Honda Ile Perrot through Steve last May.
There was an issue with the brakes and the service manager, Paul, was very helpful and had the issue resolved immediately. I am very pleased with the service I was provided. I highly recommend purchasing & having your vehicle serviced at the Ile Perrot location.

I am extremely happy with the service from Emile, absolutely no problem.
Emile is a great person, I could have given him more than five stars.

I'm extremely satisfied with the assistance I received from the service department at Honda Ile-Perrot. Leigh-Ann and Nathalie at the service desk went above and beyond with understanding and helping me resolve my issue. They introduced me to Eric (one of the technician's) who did an excellent job of repairing something on my car that was not done properly at another Honda dealership. Also, Stephane did an outstanding job with some detailing work. From now on, I will go to Honda Ile-Perrot for future service appointments on my 2018 Honda Civic! Thank you!

I had my oil and filter changed at Honda Ile Perrot and received a commendable service. I appreciate the very short waiting time especially that I was with my little son. Emile was polite, professional and really friendly. The receptionist was kind. The employees greet people with a smile. Overall, Im impressed.

Went in for parts following my purchase of a Honda truck from a different Honda dealer due to availability. Ended up being blown away by Paul at service, he went well beyond my expectations. I'll definitely be sticking with this location moving on.

Great place and great service. Purchase my 2017 Honda Pilot 8 months ago from them and the experience was top notch along with getting a great deal. Also had the chance to experience couple time their service dept for my schedule maintenance and their service is really good. They take the time to explain what needs to be done and review the bill with you. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking at purchasing a car.

Great experience! Nice people and good service. I bought a honda civic and they streamlined the process as much as they could. There were no delays and the car was in perfect condition when I went to pickup the car.

I had a big problem with my car which i was always told by the dealer near my house that i needed to go to where i bought it. Even though i had the extended warranty. I had to even call Honda Canada who reffered me to Gino and his team. The staff is always friendly when i come here. To booking the call with Leeann , to speaking with Claude or Jean-Francois. They took the time to hear everything that was wrong, find the problem and fix it. They are extremely professional but also make you feel welcomed, comfortable and as a family which you want from a business. That mom and pop feel. The dealership is extra clean and they take extra care during Covid. I felt very safe and extremely well taken care of. 5 star service. The best part is i wont need to come back and also when i got back to my car it looked as if i had a new car. Thanks again to everyone at Honda Ile Perrot.

Bought a used Honda Fit. Great price and dealing with Amelie was a pleasure. She took great care of me and made sure the car was in tip top shape when I arrived to collect it. A few weeks later, a follow up request for information was answered by her promptly. My experience was excellent.

Excellent and honest service! My car was recalled by Honda. I called this dealership and I got the inspection and the installation of the part on the same day (OTHER dealership insisted on having the inspection on a day and I would need to come for part installation on a different day!!!). Courteous, professional and friendly service.

After a very bad experience at another Honda dealer I was recommended to Honda Ile Perrot by a golfing buddy. The salesman did a good job of explaining the features of the vehicle and, unlike the other dealer, he accurately calculated the price and gave me a much better price for my trade-in. Overall I was pleased with the service and the cost. I would certainly recommend this dealership.

The patience, friendliness and understanding of Leigh-Anne before my appointment to have the car serviced was incredible. On site when my car was ready, Claude was an example of what customer service really means, she was awesome. Thank you both, see you next time.
