Horizon Lussier

Took my 3850rl Cardinal in for major roof and interior repairs following a tree falling through the roof in Oct 2023. after speaking with their service department an appointment was take and repair warm was performed over the winter. I could not be any more pleased with the service, workmanship and extra mile this team went to ensure the damage was repaired and looking like a new rig when I picked it up in April 2024 as promised . Would not hesitate to recommend or return.. TOP team !

We were travelling all across Canada from Vancouver Island to Quebec with 3 little kids on board. In Montreal, our RV broke. Something went wrong with the electricity so our furnace and AC stopped working. We stopped by Horizon Lussier and asked for help. They didn't hesitate to help us. Their highly skilled technician solved not so easy problem in an hour. We are so grateful for all your help and support. Thanks Nancy for being so nice and helpful. So much appreciated.👍🙏

Good Morning to who may read this. I had been looking for a few years for Class A motor Coach. I found a beautiful one on the Horizon web site and called and made arrangements to go see it on the following Saturday morning.
When I arrived I was greeted by a gentlemen named Serge who was the sales manager and ultimately completed all the paper work on my purchase. WOW. A very pleasant professional experience !!!.

On arrival Serge directed us to a gentlemen named Garry Leclerc who was extremely helpful and spent the next almost 5 hours with us reviewing the Coach we were interested in. Gary also took the time to show us a new coach and all their features. He was very pleasant and at no time did I feel he was pushing and trying to make a sale. It was an extremely pleasant experience and made me feel very comfortable.

Gary over the next few weeks worked with us through the process to purchase the Coach. He arranged inspections with the Horizon Tec’s and reviewed all the information.

It was a very large purchase for both my wife and myself !! It was like buying a house.
Gary handled many calls and emails over the next few weeks until the final sale and during that time he was always helpful and patient with all my questions . There were many ! We made three visits to see the Coach and each time Gary met us and walked through the unit and answered many more questions.

I am sure he was getting tired with us but this is our first time purchasing and operating a Coach. He offered many of his own personal experiences and recommendations that were very helpful .

Today is the day that we pick up the Coach. Gary has arranged to be there to meet us and go over all the operations one more time before we head out.

I can only say that I have purchased many items in my life and can truly say that Gary and the Horizon team made this one of the most pleasant experiences we have ever had. There was never any pressure or surprises.

I would highly recommend Horizon RV Team and Gary and would have no issue going back for any future needs

J'ai eu un problème avec mon chauffe-eau Truma après avoir activé la fonction ''CLEAN'' par erreur ; plus moyen d'avoir d'eau chaude. J'ai téléphoné le service et j'ai pu parler avec Mme Nathalie Choquette, laquelle m'a donné des consignes très juste qui mon permises de régler mon problème. Mille mercis Madame Choquette pour votre patience et vos précieux conseils. Excellent service !

Nous sommes allés chez Horizon Lussier pour faire réparer notre roulotte. Nous avons été très bien accueillies par Viviane qui a tout pris en charge avec notre assureur. Le travail était impeccable. Très bon service efficace et avec un dévouement exemplaire. Bravo à toute l’équipe!

tout le personnel que j'ai rencontré à été serviable, courtoie, professionnel et a l'écoute de mes besoins 😃 sauf le vendeur 🤷 par contre, Serge, le directeur des ventes à bien récupéré. Nous avons acheté notre 1ère roulotte chez Horizon Lussier à l'automne 2019 et sommes très satisfaits de notre expérience d'achat. Mis-à-part un délai de livraison qui a été allongé à cause d'une erreur de shipping du manufacturier, je recommande fortement cet endroit. Le personnel est accueillant et chaleureux. On prend le temps de nous informer avec le sourire et ce sans pression. Nous avons eu Nathalie comme vendeuse et je tiens à la remercier pour son professionnalisme et ses conseils. Elle est très gentille et a su répondre à nos besoins. Le service après vente est tout aussi excellent pour ma part, et ce même avec la COVID-19. Merci aussi à Nancy pour le suivi et Richard pour la livraision (démo) qui malgré les mesures de santé publique est un excellent démonstrateur. Il connait ça les roulottes!

Je voudrais signaler l excellent service donc cette institution a fait preuve et la rapidité auquel j ai eu accès a mon unité malgré la pandémie. De l’Accueil a la livraison et même en boutique nous s avons été traités comme tout être humain devrait l être Merci Johanne,Nancy ,Philippe et toute les autres pour le professionnalisme auquel vous faites preuves
