Service impeccable!! J’ai acheté une télévision sur internet, et lorsqu’elle est arrivé chez moi, il y avait un bris. En moins de 5min au téléphone avec un employé, tout était réglé, ils m’attendaient avec une nouvelle tele et m’ont en plus permis de profité du rabais que j’avais eu sur la première puisque c’etait une "boite ouverte" même si la nouvelle en est une neuve.

Très bon service, il prennent le temps de bien nous répondre et nous facilite le choix pour notre achat. Je réfère et conseille cette endroit à tous ceux qui souhaitent se procurer du matériel électronique à prix abordable.

J'ai acheté une tablette Samsung Galaxy Tab A8. Elle fonctionne très bien et j'ai eu un excellent service de votre personnel.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!. I purchased an open box TV from them through best buy and it arrived broken. After sending the tv back and requesting a refund they claimed that the serial number on the back of the TV didn't match the serial number encoded in the TV and immediately accused me of fraud. I sent them back the TV the same way it arrived to me so its either this seller doesn't actually check or verify the items before they are sent to the customer or they are just downright fraudulent. After explaining to them that I sent the TV back to them exactly as I received it they have done nothing to provide proof about the state they sent the TV to me and have still kept the money and the TV. I have followed up on my dispute for the last two months and have had 0 indication of this getting resolved and this seller is happy to try and keep my money because of their negligence to verify the products they sell as open box or used. Horrendous and rude customer service.
