The service was incredible. They called in the morning to say they would be later than expected and when they arrived, they went straight to work. They allowed my husband to help to speed up the process and gave us good advice regarding our water problem.
We are so happy and grateful for the results that we received from Hunter Plumbing, Heating and Excavating. We would not hesitate to call them again for other jobs.

Can't say enough good things about Hunter. They respond quickly and fix things even quicker. They are fair and I always feel confident with their work. They have done everything from fix a part in septic, well work and holding tank replacement. As well as give good advise when asked.

I got Craig's team to do my sewer hookup from old septic system to street sewer and basement dig-out for plumbing, backwater valve, floor drain, toilette, replace old copper etc. These guys are great, the price was very reasonable and the work was excellent. I highly recommend this crew.

Lived in drumbo and used them exclusively as I felt they had fair prices and were punctual. Have since moved, but kept the house in drumbo as a rental. I am confident that if my tenant has a problem, they can call Hunter and get the problem resolved quickly and at a reasonable price. It takes a huge load off my mind to have a trustworthy company like them near by. Choose local, don't go for the big guys!

The team from hunter responded immediately. Within what felt like hours they were on scene. They diagnosed and corrected the problem. They explained their solution was temporary and we were going to need a more solid response. They explained the options and explained the entire process. They responded again within 5 days and started installing the septic system.

Owen has been out lead on this project and he is nothing but professional and forthcoming. His teammate Erik(c) have been amazing. They have worked diligently and with purpose everyday they have been here. They have progressed extremely quickly. As someone whom has never had to deal with such an issue I can stay they have kept us calm, reassured us with every question and showed us we can trust this company.

Hunter Plumbing came out and diagnosed our well & why it was not functioning. They got it fixed and gave us water back to our house in 2 days less than anticipated. Their staff were courteous and very understanding of our dire situation. I would recommend them for any issues you may be having with your well whether it be to fix the problem or replace the problem.

We used Hunter a couple times while we lived in Princeton and they were a great local plumber to work with. We had them come to inspect and fix our well pump, as well as install a new water line to our kitchen at our new place closer to Kitchener. If you're in the Princeton or surrounding area, I highly recommend Hunter for your plumbing needs.

We called Hunter to help us with our kitchen renovation and they were great. They had the job done sooner than we expected and done well.
We will definetly call them again next time we need a plumber.

There still are great people out there ! Here is my first experience with Hunter Plumbing. My wife and I are new to country living , we opened our pool last week and emptied the well ....... ha ha now but not too funny then. We managed to get a local company to deliver water on a Friday afternoon. Once the well and pool were filled we could not pump water into the house. We called Hunter Plumbing and discussed our situation with them , remember this is now later Friday afternoon. I was told that our chances of getting a plumber in late on a Friday afternoon was not too good and that if we chose to get someone in on Saturday it would be on overtime rates. After talking with them for a while " Craig " asked us to send him some pics of the equipment we currently had in our basement that pumped the water from the well to our inside tank.
He was able to tell us what to do to fix the problem over the phone through a series of text messages. We were prepared to pay whatever it was going to take to get a plumber out to our home on the Saturday and we were never charged for this.
Craig my wife and I would like to thank you for being a great person , wish you and your company great success , and will definitely recommend your company to anyone looking for plumbing services.

Have used Hunter twice now, both times were urgent situations (once our well pump stopped working and 2nd time our septic stopped draining) Was referred to Hunter by my normal plumber for their experience and knowledge in wells and septic systems. They were able to dispatch someone quickly in both cases and were also able to direct us to other experts to assist in resolving our issues. Great guys to work with!

Inquired about low water pressure and hard water. Craig came out to assess my existing system and offered sound advice on necessary upgrades. Provided awesome service at a reasonable price. Water quality is now top notch!

Absolutely incredible. Can't stress enough how happy I am with the service and how nice a guy he (Craig Hunter) was. We had a cold house and a new baby so he showed up same day with no appointment, fixed it quickly and charged he less than some other companies had quoted just for the "emergency fee" of coming same day. 10 out of 10.
