Uncle Steve's Park & Cabins

Our first time here and won't be the last. Perfect view from our cabin of Lake Manitou. The bf went fishing just on the docks and had a great time. The park was quiet even for the Father's Day weekend.
Cabin was clean and perfect for a couple and a dog. Rustic and cozy. Expect little critters to get it in cabin lol. But hey, part of the experience. Definitely bring bug spray and those mosquito coils you get at the dollar store.
The family that runs it are very nice and do a good job running the park. Thank you guys for all your work!

2021 we spent 1 week here. Loved it so much that we just spent 2 weeks here this summer! Cabins are very clean, have everything you need, staff easy to talk to and helpful, low speed limit insured safety of the kids walking around, the little beach is good but I recommend water shoes since the flat rocks are slippery. So incredibly quiet at night with amazing views of the sky. Location is central enough to most "tourist" places. Loved it again and booked another 2 weeks next year. I highly recommend. 10/10

Amazing experience. So lucky to have found this gem! Due to unfortunate circumstances we found ourselves 'trapped' on the island and unprepared dye to major road closure. Becky and Steve were beyond amazing to accommodate us at the last minute, saving the last bit of our vacation from ruin. We look forward to coming back every year!

My first time to the island. This park has an amazing view of the lake. The cabin was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. The owners were friendly and took care of us. We are definitely coming back. It's a little piece of paradise.

We had the pleasure to visit Uncle Steve's on the Labour Day weekend for 2 great nights. What a fantastic place to get together with friends and visit Manitoulin Island. We rented cabin 1 and 5. Being that we came on motorcycles it was great that the cabins came fully equipped. They were very clean and organized. We had all the privacy we needed for our visit and looking forward to returning.

I went here in August 2015 and absolutely loved the environment. Haven't been to Manitoulin in 10 years period and felt like a kid again. The park feels like you're are super up north and the cabins are mostly wood making it feel like you're at a lodge. Definitely coming again this year!

Great place, beach 150ft away, quiet, firewood delivered, compared to a lot I have stayed at I loved it, really did, we were in cabin 5 I think. BBQ got well used for breakfast, I would definately go back, cant really fault my stay at all.

This summer (2016) was my second year at Uncle Steve's. We absolutely love it! The cabins are great, clean and Steve and Becky are very helpful. A great spot for a family or a couple to get away and enjoy the beauty of Lake Manitou.

Always a warm welcoming place. Feels just like home. We love spending our time our at uncle Steve's when we come from Alberta. The community and love everyone has is absolutely unbeatable

I really enjoy nice big cabins lake front i will definitely go back again we were there just there for 3 days invited by our good friends but we will rent our self's in the near future.

There is no place better for your vacation

It was great all around!! The staff there treated you like family!!! Great spot!! Definitely recommend if you are visiting Manitoulin Island!!!

Excellent place to set up camp.
Their rental cabins are very nice as well and close to the lake.
