I've been to many masseuses before in various countries and I'd just like to say Mona is BY FAR the best massotherapist out there! West Island of Montreal, you are so lucky to have a gem like her! I've come out of salons feeling relaxed but the well rested feeling I get after her massages are in no comparison, not even in the same scope of how relaxed my muscles are after a session with her.

I was lucky to find Mona massage therapy online today. I had very stiff muscles all over my body after household activity I did the last few days.
Mona made all her best putting her experience and heart to restore all what I had of stiffness and pain.

I first came to Massage West Island after a car rear-ended me while I was stopped at a red light, resulting in whiplash. My doctor recommended I consult a massage therapist and physiotherapist as soon as possible. Within 2 massage appointments, the intense pressure and pain I was feeling was mostly gone (the rest was fixed with Physio). I've since returned to her for relaxation massages and always enjoy the experience. I highly recommend her!
