Just amazing everything!! Had a lobster Benny..so yummy. Eggs were cooked to perfection, just as I ordered them!! Best Benny I've ever eaten. Hubby had a Tuna bowl ( not sure the name of the dish). He really enjoyed it!!! So much Tuna!!
Service was excellent...friendly and helpful staff. Coffee cups were giant and coffee was great!! Fresh coffee cream served as well. Highly recommend... A hidden gem of a restaurant.

Really unique and delicious food, cocktails and decent variety of locally made beverages. We definitely enjoyed our visit!

Service and food was amazing, very similar food quality to what you would find at a top restaurant in a big city. Will definitely be back! Our server Dylan was also very knowledgeable and attentive.

Calamari and the foreager bowl are a must.. not to mention the delicious salted caramel dessert.

My husband and I went for a late lunch/early dinner yesterday and were both thrilled with our meals. I had the chicken burger and to say it was huge would be an understatement. The buttermilk dredge on the chicken was so light and crispy and the tangy, sweet and spicy sauce has a lovely taste. My husband had the Timber burger and also said it was delicious. We both give it 👍🏻👍🏻 and we’ll definitely be back.

What an amazing little gem in Blind Bay! I was very pleased to hear the former chef at Jack Sam's (Quaaout Lodge) is the Chef and Owner of this restaurant

We chose to go here for a late lunch as they have a dog-friendly patio! It was extremely comfortable and spacious, with about three or four tables out front. There were also lots of accessible seating options inside - no booths, but very spacious with restaurant-height tables all around.

The service was quick and friendly- we were greeted and served water right away. We opted for the daily house special iced tea, which was peach hibiscus. It was light and delicious, not overly sweet, with a beautiful pink hue and a fruity and floral flavour. It came in about a litre glass container, which was perfect for our group of three people.

For our mains, we all chose the crispy chicken sandwich; you can also add a side for an additional reasonable cost. One of the group chose the salad, and we chose the tomato basil soup.

The salad was incredibly fresh, with beautiful local ingredients. It was made with a fresh local greens blend and had a fresh creamy tomato vinaigrette. It also included cute little micro-carrots, and we were marveling at the tiny size!

The soup was light and tomato-based; not creamy, which was perfect for a hot day. It was very basil-centric, which was delicious. You could also "see" all of the ingredients - tomato, onion, basil, etc. - which I loved.

And the sandwich -WOW! A perfect amount of breading with a delicious crunch, with just the right amount of "greasiness" - not overly oily. It was made with a very generous portion of chicken thighs and was served on a delicious brioche bun, toasted perfectly with a perfect amount of butteriness. I typically do not like dark meat, but this was so delicious and light - you couldn't even tell it was dark meat and was not at all fatty or chewy. It also included lettuce, tomato and a lovely dressing.

The prices were also very fair, especially for the quality of the food - it was just over $25 for each of us. Also keep in mind that they do not yet have a liquor license (as of August 2022).

I know I will be dreaming about this sandwich. Ten out of ten would recommend for your next trip to Blind Bay!

Highly recommend Timber. The staff , from the kitchen to the front, they were all welcoming and cheerful. Amazing people , thank you for a very pleasant welcoming.
Now the food... I had the fish and chips , omg... best I've had.
I'll definitely come back here if I'm in the area again. Ty again.

Timber had a lobster eggs benny on special today, and it was seriously one of the best meals that I have ever had.
I always love Timber, but this meal was on a whole new level.

Great place to eat. Atmosphere of a cozy neighbour hood restaurant . Food is excellent and the quality is of a high end eatery. Food is served quickly and by enthusiastic, warm hearted people. We go weekly for breakfast and would not go anywhere else. Highly recommend any time of day. Love the staff.

Great attention to detail on their plating. Enjoyed the food with the Charcuterie definitely being my favourite.

Wow! Just wow! We came for dinner one night and went back for brunch the next morning and would have gone back for dinner if we hadn’t been still full from brunch. This restaurant is a gift to the Shuswap! Sourcing local foods, preparing them beautifully and creatively and serving it all up with an uber-friendly staff: what more could you want? I love that there is a wide spectrum of offerings on the menu: for brunch, my husband had a meat-heavy breakfast bowl and I had a delicious cured fish bowl that was light and scrumptious. We googled the chef after our dinner experience and he is an all-star who has moved with his family from Vancouver to this quieter neck of the woods. Highly recommend a visit!

We came for our new years dinner and had a wonderful time. Great pairing of wine and wonderful food. Service was clean and efficient. A must go if you ever get a chance.

My husband and I come for a beautiful summer date night on the patio. Gorgeous, melt in your mouth menu with cold beverages.
