The grounds are very well maintained and clean. Great amenities close by in town of Brooks. Stalls are well shaded and spacious.

Camped here a couple times now, nice place. Staff were very helpful when I forgot something at my campsite after checking out and had to fedex it back home.

One of our favourite campsites. Great amenities around the area, and a beautiful park

First time staying at Kinbrook. We were in the “A” loop for a week. The sites do vary in size for sure. We found our picnic table was broken when we were setting up. When I reported it to the registration booth we had a new one brought in the next morning. The beach is suck a nice treat! We are already making plans to come again with our 3 grandchildren. Everyone working there was so polite and helpful.
They do water the area quite regularly, that’s why you are still able to have campfires. The sprinklers are set to not spray the gravel pad you are to be on and are on for about 1-1/2-2 hours.

The park and camp grounds are very nice. The washrooms are big and clean. The shower are clean and only a loonie for two minutes so 3 bucks good clean up shower at the end of a day. The lake is large for boating and the beach area is good for all ages of swimming. It could uses little more sand at the shore line. The camp sites have power and are large enough for a good size trailer and tent and your neighbors aren't to close. Really nice place for a camping get away.

Very nice camp ground, clean facilities and well maintained sites. No water hook ups but lots of potable water taps located around. Birds can be invasive, so I would recommend keeping food inside and make sure you clean up fast after your meals. Beach is nice and lots of washrooms near by.

Family oriented provincial campground. Loops a-f are semi private with trees, the other loops are open fields filled with giant rv's.
Firewood 11$ a bundle, maybe bring your own if you like big fires.
Large day use area with a nice beach and shallow water perfect for kids of which there were plenty of when we were there.
Great place to see birds. So many species and the birdsong at dawn/dusk was magnificent. An owl flew directly over our campsite. Pretty exciting.
There is one 5km trail that runs around the perimeter of the park skirting the wetlands and marshes that define the edges of the "island". Lots of birds and ground squirrels to be seen. Also saw a couple species of cacti which is always fun.
Not the quietest place on a nice weekend so if you are looking for a tranquil weekend getaway this ain't it. But we were also there on a Monday and the weekend crowd thinned out by at least 80% so if you can visit on a weekday I would recommend it.

You come here for the beach, and beach side activities, that's the bulk of the enjoyment you'll get from your visit here. The sites themselves can be rather small, even for a party of 6 people. there's not much distance between sites as well, so respecting quite hours is a must.

Absolutely stunning campground, sites with power are available. There is a boat ramp and flush toilets. The distance between sites is ok however if your neighbor was playing music you would be able to hear it. Definitely a campground to try out!

Camping for a week. So far everything has been great. Prefect morning coffee.

Such a wonderful campground! We took one of the spots in the B area and it was lovely, lots of trees, campground was fully booked but people were very respectful of each others peace and the noise levels were very low. Swimming are is nice too, well kept.
Only downside was that vehicles kept entering and leaving the campgrounds throughout the night although silent hours are in effect from 11pm to 7am, so those of us who are light sleepers in tents were kept up half the night. I hope they change some of the rules to limit vehicle movement at night.
Other than that, it was a wonderful experience and a relaxing vacation!

Great place for friends and family, the beaches are nice (although sometimes crowded), there's quite a bit of space for tossing the pigskin, and the lake itself is great for all sorts of water sports

Cute beach area, family friendly, clean

Honestly one of the best family friendly camping sites in Alberta. Our only issue is how hard it is to get a spot here in the summer. If you dont start booking in feburary, good luck!
