Boreal Dental Centre Dr. Alfred Klassen, Dr. Steven Ritch & Dr. Julia Pestova Ritch

I've been a patient of doctor Klassen for a number of years. He's always done a good job on my teeth and he's worked with me on keeping dental costs down.

For me it's fun to visiting doctor Klassen as his office is in a strip mall I spent a bunch of time in during my youth. So not visits I particularly look forward to but it's fun having ancient memories triggered.

It's sad doctor Klassen is starting to exit the industry but hopefully he'll continue a little longer so I don't need to find a little more time before needing to go through finding a new dentist.

Dr Ritch is by far the best dentist I have ever seen! I am anxious going to the dentist , but Dr Ritch has a way to make you comfortable. He will explain everything he is doing, and will also check several times to make sure you are doing ok! All the staff at the office are very friendly, and helpful! I cannot say enough good things about Dr Ritch, and his staff!

Dr. Klassen, Dr. Ritch and Dr. Pestova Ritch are fantastic. The work they do is amazing. This is the only clinic I've ever gone to that doesn't focus on money over everything. You'll get an honest opinion from good people.

My family and I have been going here for over 10 years when Dr. Klassen and Joyce (dental assistant) we’re still there full time. Both were exceptional at their jobs and are now retired or partly retired. Dr. Ritch has met our expectations with taking over this office. I’m sure Dr. Klassen also had high expectations and made sure his new predecessor was able to continue his work. Highly recommend this dental office.

Been going here for some time but had to switched dentist because of my hours don't line up with there's and not open for the weekends, but I don't care I rather get some time away from work so I decided to come back, so much more professional then the other dentist I went to. Thanks you all 😁

I have been going here for going on 40 years and at 70 just got braces (Invisalign) recommended by Dr Ritch. It’s been an excellent move. I think this office is GREAT.

I will chase DR. Ritch to the ends of the planet. Out of everyone who has called themselves a caring professional only this man has proved to me that he is both. I have severe anxiety when it comes to dental stuff. I've been kicked out and banned from other places from biting dentists or assistance. But not with him.

He doesn't make me feel like I'm just money. When I walk in I matter. His team makes me feel like I matter. The dentist setting is the only place I feel weak and small. But they make me feel important and big. It's hard to gain my trust. And all these people are amazing.

They are very clear what you need to and how to approach it. Very well priced. Very clean shop. I'll always go to Ritch.

I have been going to Dr Klassen for more than 35 years. Even when I moved out of Edmonton for a few years, I came to Edmonton to visit the dentist. I have brought my kids and husband here as well. His slogan "gentle dental care" is very true. My kids were never afraid to go and as adults still see him. As well Joyce has been cleaning my teeth here for almost as long. Awesome lady!! Highly recommend.

I have been a patient of Dr. Klassen’s since the late eighties or early nineties . He is a caring, competent and honest dentist . This describes his character as well, a person of integrity with a gentle demeanour . He is an excellent dentist who has excellent employees , also . Everyone is friendly and professional .The hygienist I see there, Joyce La Belle ,is top notch at her job . She is knowledgeable and thorough and is a caring and kind individual . In short, I highly recommend Dr. Klassen and his staff .

I recommend Dr. Klassen to everybody! I've moved around a lot so I've had many dentists but he is honestly the best I've ever had (and as long as I live in Edmonton I will never go anywhere else). He provides excellent dental care, is reasonably priced, and he and his staff are very kind.

Dr Julia is fantastic and very fastidious and precise and provides a full explanation of what is happening in your mouth, pictures included absolutely love it she really takes your issues seriously. Thanks doc.

I found Dr. Alfred J Klassen about 6 years ago, he is nice and knowledgeable. Most of his team are nice and professional although there is only one receptionist who seemed is different from the team.

Have been a patient of Dr Klassen now for around 25 years, started going there in elementary and now my kids see him. Been to a few places around town when i was living in other parts of town. Best DDS Around

You won't find a more kind, patient, gentle dentist in the city! I've been a patient of his since I was a young child and hope he'll be around for my children too!
