Absolutely enjoyed our experience, service was fantastic, I enjoyed a flight of beer (and some to go), my wife a Bloody Caesar. Atmosphere was great, a lot of other people had the nachos (get them) and enjoy. Much appreciated can’t wait to visit again, even if just to see that big @$$ fan

Really great brewpub with several solid beers on tap, a nice indoor/outdoor space and some solid swag in the gift shop. Service was excellent and the beer was cold. The Czech Pilsner was the perfect choice on a warm day.

After a fun day, a friend suggested Siboire Depot for dinner. We were not disappointed!!

The staff were friendly and on point. We all agreed that our orders were well seasoned and delicious.

I wish I had remembered to take more pictures of our dishes and drinks, but honestly we had so much fun that I was caught up in the moment and forgot. We will definitely be coming back.

We tried the beer tasting flight , every flavour was decadent!
We also had the trio platter of fish and ships: W-O-W 😯! The haddock, salmon and the other i forgot were breaded lightly with unique flavours. Fried were tasty as well along with the soup of the day

Best spot in sherbrooke for a beer with friends, to watch a hockey game, to sit by the fireplace and read a book or have a study marathon. Plus, their beers are amazing!

Excellent ambiance, beer and bar tenders to help you select a beer you'll enjoy! The IPAs are all very distinct and you can get some cans to go from their shop. Great bike decor too!!

The food at this Siboire location is good, as I have come to expect from them. The service is great, and their micro brewed beer is also great. The one big plus to this specific restaurant is the location. It is located in a former train depot and they designed a great layout for a fun atmosphere. As expected, they draw a lot of crowds so expect a wait during peak times.

Everything was fine from service and food, restroom was clean. A little bit expensive but happy to pay for what we got. Music a bit too loud.

Favorite brewery in the Sherbrooke area. Food was amazing (highly recommend the fish and chips). If you are in the area, I would say give this place a try and you won't regret it.

This place is fantastic. Really amazing to see an old train station converted in to a beautiful, trendy brewery & pub. We had the steak & fries as well as the 3 different types of fish & chips. We also got a flight of beer and love the IPAs the most. So much yum! Our server was also lovely. We purchased beer to take home at the end of our meal.

I've never enjoyed a beer more than i have here. i had a fairly strong IPA and it went down so well. Highly recommend this place; it's truly a gem. No TVs, just quality drinks and warm atmosphere. and a giant fan!

The beer selection is great : there is one for everybody. They have one of the best blonde beer I've ever tasted (Trip d'automne). The food menu is hit and miss but the fish & chips is just amazing. Great atmosphere but it tends to get quite loud in the evening.

Lovely MicroBrewery! Menu is excellent and beers are great! Decor is fantastic and Cycling Friendly! Will definitely make this a stop on my next visit to the Eastern Townships.

Awesome selection of craft beers. The staff is really friendly and their poutines are exquisite. Definitely in my top 3 places to get a beer with friends in Sherbrooke.

Fish & Chips were very very good!!!! I went looking for the best fish and chips in Sherbrooke area and was I not dissapointed in the least. the batter is made with their own beer they brew on premises. My wife had the smoked trout salad and it was also quite tasty. I had a dark stout and it was pretty good. Wife had the Ceasar and that was good choice also. Our server was pretty attentive and good on recommendations. For sure we will be going back. merci beaucoup!!!!
