Integra Tire and Auto Centre Brooks

On our way from Medicine Hat to Drumheller, we swung by Integra Tire and Auto Centre in Brooks - asking whether they'd be kind enough to do a necessary 100km wheel torque. Without hesitation, the answer was yes, and this was done in a matter of minutes, with no charge. We are so grateful for this great kindness! Johan and Margie

This is an incredible business with extremely helpful employees. We had a truck travelling from Calgary to Medicine Hat this past Friday and due to the extreme cold the reefer has having issues. Out of the kindness of their own hearts, this business let us park our truck in their warehouse to warm up for over an hour so we could finish the journey to Medicine Hat.

Amazing to see the kindness and generosity of this local business and that people are still willing to lend a helping hand. We at Floral Delivery extend our thanks and wish you guys all the best. Thanks again and stay warm!

The staff at Integra Tire ( formally Franklin Tire) have always gone above and beyond for myself, and all customers I know have gone there for their vehicle needs. I have been a long-time customer and will continue to be. I've brought all 3 of my vehicles in, and every time, i am treated as family.

Not only is the staff knowledgable, but they try hard to find a solution to any issues you bring forth, and I have yet to have a time where they didn't make it work in one way or another.

Bill is an incredible man and has helped me in desperate times, such as when I had my tire's slashed right before Christmas and he managed to squeeze me in. I was lucky to have him there when I called on a day off and explained my situation to his accommodation he made it work.

I am blessed to have such a great business and owner in this town, who, as I mentioned, has gone above and beyond for myself and others alike.

Had a blowout on my trailer unit enddump and they hooked me up and fixed some parts that ended up happening after tire blow out. Great people and fast work thanks again

We blew a tire on the Trans Canada 450km from home and managed to get our truck limped into the shop. They fixed our tire super fast and had us back on our way in no time. Great service and people!

Had an awesome experience after my boat trailer got a flat. At first they ordered me two new tires to come in for Monday and we tried to patch my flat tire to last the weekend but the wall had a big Crack in it (which the guy showed me). So we decided to get my spare tire off my boat trailer to use, which after sitting forever was seized up and unfortunately he just couldn't get it off. After that I decided to just replace all 4 tires with common 205s. The guys quickly had my other tires off and the new ones on! My kids got to sit and watch them work. Really happy with how things went and the efforts they went through to get me back on the road

I was travelling to the Calgary Airport with 2-horse trailer in tow, and a tight timeline to meet a flight. And then I realized that I had a problem with my trailer tires. These guys had tires in stock and managed a twenty minute change-out, from the time I pulled in to the time I left. Absolutely fantastic service!

Bill is one of the most amazing guys I have ever met and hands-down has one of the most cleanest tire shops I have ever been in I will always come back for his services

We had an emergency on the highway between Calgary and Brooks on our holiday. Billy opened up his shop on the Saturday of the long weekend and installed new tires. Saved our holiday! Thank you!

I got a flat on the side of the number 1 highway and while in the process of changing it, Marty from the Bassano shop happened to be driving by. He stopped, helped me out, and followed me back to Brooks to make sure I arrived alright. Great guy! He and Billy helped me price out a new set and had them installed quickly the next morning!

Yes ,I was so impressed that I booked a 2nd appointment early Mar. MAJOR 2 DAY Total front-end, tires,rims ,shocks, even a complete windshield washer system replaced . James, Billy had every part that might have been needed for the job pre ordered and on the work bench ready for the job. I live 5 hrs from Brooks and did have a time line to get in and out of the service bay.
I am again very impressed with Billy, James and Billy's team at (Franklin) Integra Tire. BROOKS ALBERTA

Amazing service. Had 2 tires blow on the highway and limped it to the shop. Less than 30 minutes and they changed 4 tires on a gooseneck trailer without an appointment. Price was fair and quality work. Highly recommend!

We were visiting family in Brooks when our rental car picked up a spike in a back tire. Team at Integra were so great to deal with, efficient and had us on the road in no time. Excellent work and very appreciated. Thank you!

Can't say enough good about Billy and his shop. A week ago I was on my way from Med Hat to Calgary when I blew a tire, 10 mins East of Brooks. It was closing time when I called to see if they would wait for me to change a tire. Billy was incredibly kind and professionnel. I didn't get there until almost 5:30. Awesome experience. Had a flat 50km away, called 15mins after close and he stayed open an extra 45 minutes for us. Repaired and reinstalled the tire quickly and we were on our way within 10 minutes. Well worth the reasonable price

Unbeatable service! We blew a tire on Canada Day as we were leaving Brooks and the owner himself came in to help us out. We got a great price and quick turnaround, but what made this truly special was Bill's kindness and support as he was helping us out after hours. I can't recommend Franklin's highly enough!!!
