The menu varies and the food is delicious.
When you think about a hamburger at a fast food restaurant with frozen meat products that are at $8.00. Here at least you are getting fresh quality and quantity for a truly reasonable price.
The food, drinks and staff are fantastic and know what is being served. These pics speak for themselves. Absolutely a return in the near future.

L’ambiance est super. Food is extraordinary the portion and the taste as well as the price. I love the place especially in winter it’s a great place to spend time at in snowy days.

Service was extremely efficient and the plates were huge. Which is cool.

The food was scrumptuous as always, never disappointed. We even could change tables for a more comfortable one without any problem.

Drinks were delicious and the waiter was quick and able. 🙂

What a menu !!! The decision is difficult because there are so many tremendous options. Fast, friendly service.

Lively spot with delicious poutine and burgers. My server was very friendly and conversed with us for a long time. Had my first Canadian whisky - delicious.

The food was amazing, first time for me and definitely not the last. Everything was well done, well presented and no waiting time. Also, excellent service from our waitress, Emilie P. 10/10 do recommend!!

While visiting the city we decided on some burgers and ask a local, was recommended le belle. Let me just say how awesome the burgers were. Also the atmosphere was great, really enjoyed our dinner. Highly recommend.

The manager/bartender was so nice!!! Was his last call and he invited us to drink even if he was cleaning and closing! Great conversations and laughed a lot. Definitely a good place to go if you want to drink! Ask for his special drinks that he makes, the one I tried was called "ambré d’été" i think? The best drink I’ve ever had. Amazing experience absolutely recommend!

Great food and service, but the noise pollution inside is too aggressive. Hopefully, there are tables "outside" (inside Place Ste-Foy) where the sound is less annoying and you can have a conversation without speaking aloud.

The burgers are amazing! The plates are big so when you are done with your meal you are fully satisfied.
The music is good though it's a bit loud. The decor is original and i loved reading the quotes.

Uneven food: burger was fantastic but everything else was bad; cold fries, dry tasteless coleslaw and the "milkshake" tasted like a watered down meal replacement drink made from powder. :(

Update: Have been back twice since the original review and it seems like it was just an off night the first time, the burgers have been just as good (Janice Joplin & Californian) but the fries and coleslaw were fresh this time. Can't say anything about the milkshake as I didn't try one again but the mixed drinks (John Lemon) were very good.

Fun and friendly staff. GREAT burgers. Good jalapenos poppers. Poutine was good but nothing special. Didn't care for the KoolAid pickles but it was the source of some amusement. Also fell in love with the Rosé cocktail. Great place to go hang out and have a nice, fun evening with some friends. A bit of a shame parts of it is in a mall, kinda ruins the ambiance a bit.

Great food. The poutine is amazing and the burger is phenomenal. A 60 oz pitcher of a bunch of flavored liquor is only 26 bucks. Great atmosphere and attached to the mall.

By far one of my favorite restaurant. I'm eating there at least once a month and and I've never been disappointed. Drinks are a bit expensive, but still worth it with the quality/quantity/price of the food.
