We loved the restaurant, me and my girlfriend tried both breakfast and lunch, and neither failed our expectations. Just keep in mind for lunch to wait a hour before eating, as we had to wait a long time before we were served our food, even though we were the only ones at the restaurant by that time, but the food was definitely worth the time.
All waiters were friendly bilingual, and always asked if everything was good. As recommendations for the waiters, you have to serve the dishes on the right of the client, not on random spots of the table, and please don't bend while you have a big tray on one hand, as it is more easier to spill everything as accidents can happen, as someone can bump into you! Also please serve children and ladies first, then the gentleman after. Decor could use some additions that don't bring too much discomfort around, but definitely felt a bit boring

If you are in Québec City there is only one place to stay...Le Bonne Entente. The place is "haute gamme" and the staff rocks. Best martini!

Nous avons eu un excellent service notre serveuse était super sympathique. Le foie gras très bon.
Par contre mon mari a pris une soupe qui était supposé être au poireau mais la soupe était verte comme si c’était asperge ou brocoli et le goût était pas exceptionnel non plus. Il faut pas s’attendre à des grosses portion. Mais reste un bon restaurant.

C'est un vrai restaurant tout est de qualité le goût le professionnalisme la propreté. C'est un restaurant pour déguster pas pour se bourrer la face . L'étiquette est respectée, bravo a l'équipe.

Superbe ambiance lounge, peut-être un peu trop sombre par contre. Je crois que le meilleur rapport qualité prix se retrouve dans ses "fingers food" ou tapas. Les minis-burger, lobster rolls (guedille), calmars frits ou ceviché sont à tomber par terre.

Le service est impeccable et le personnel est vraiment très plaisant. Tammy a fait un super cocktail sans alcool pour ma conjointe, il était à base jus de lychee, de concombre, canneberge et feuilles de menthe.

Les vendredi, il y a les huîtres à 1$, ça comme bien un week-end !

WOw ... Disons que je n'avais pas beaucoup d'attente pour un restaurant d'hôtel. Je suis tellement heureux de m'avoir trompé ! Chaque bouchée était parfaite. La qualité de la nourriture, la recherche des saveurs ainsi que le service, TOUT ÉTAIT PARFAIT. Merci pour cette expérience culinaire d'exception.

Quelle belle expérience gustative! Les plats, du déjeuner au souper, sont excellents, relevés, créatifs... j'en passe! Que dire des meilleures frites que j'ai mangé de ma vie! 🤌 Le service est impeccable, à l'écoute et chaleureux. L'endroit est propre, calme et confortable. À vivre!

Excellent restaurant, le service est extraordinaire, la nourriture est incroyable ! Je conseil cet établissement.
J'ai aussi utilisé le service aux chambres, lors de mon séjour au Chateau Bonne Entente, le serveur a pensé à chaque petit détail et le repas est arrivé chaud à la chambre.
