Hôtel Cofortel

I really enjoyed the fact that they have many charging stations for electric vehicles. You need to pay for most of them but still, it's very convenient. The rooms are clean, large, and modern. Staff is friendly and effective. Soundproofing is average.

Had a nice stay.. and well connected to city and outskirts.. staff are friendly and complimentary breakfast was good..

This hotel is HIGHLY recommended not only for the cleanliness, decor, spacious rooms, but for the front desk staff and the dedicated Cofortel team who goes above and beyond their call of duty to serve and help their guests to make their stay comfortable and memorable.

Great place to stay if flying in and out of quebec. Extended parking and shuttle service to airport.

This hotel was surprisingly exceptional and highly recommended. The rooms are spacious and clean, and has a direct access from the parking lot. Their breakfast is quite impressive(no scrambled eggs though) and is perfect for a quick grab and go.Overall a nice experience.

Excellent. Very, very clean. Quiet and the best is you can park your car in front of the room. Friendly staff. Breakfast is good except no scramble eggs. This is the best hotel I have ever been to. They even supply ear plugs for those snoring in the next rooom...I had to use them :). Also there are Restaurants nearby. Also modern look. I will go back some day. Bes is so confortable and clean.

Awesome hotel and well worth the stay, even if it was only one night. If I were to stay in Quebec longer, I would stay at this hotel.

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights over two separate stays over three weeks. Rooms were completely renovated and spotlessly clean. Both the bed and bedding were very comfortable Bathrooms were a good size, modern and properly equipped. I'm not sure if all rooms were completely renovated at the time of this review but may have been. They were still in progress in some areas of the hotel at the time of our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was not hot but it still offered a very good variety. Thank you to the staff who continually kept the dining area stocked with food and kept it exceptionally clean. I would recommend this hotel. It was only 6 minutes from the Jean Lesage Airport.

We just stayed for couple of days. Hotel was super clean and confortable. Coffee machine and refrigerator were nice addition. Good breakfast for a complimentary. They where awesome letting us check-in early after 8 hours drive. Awesome front desk. Location great 15 min to most attractions.

Excellent!! First floor rooms have an interior door and a door that gives you access from the room's "private" parking space. If you leave early in the morning before breakfast, they prepare a breakfast to takeout. The rooms have been recently renovated and there are no dusty smelly carpets!! It also has a powerful bathroom fan.

The facility is well kept. The bed is very clean and comfortable. Pierre-Mathieu at the front desk was super nice and accomodating. Breakfast is continental but decent. Highly recommended.

Absolute gem. I'm staying here every week and can't be happier. Clean and modern design, friendly professional staff. I absolutely recommend visiting.

The location was great. Gas station next to the hotel, Groceries stores and many restaurants around. The breakfast was really good. 7 different kind of bread, eggs, cheese, yogurt, fruits, muffins, juices, tea and coffee. Nice and spacious room. Free parking.

I was amazingly surprised with the level of service, amenities, free parking, cleanliness and comfort. Our room rate came with continental breakfast and there was a wide selection of croissants, muffins, toasts, hard boiled eggs....This hotel is worth more than a three star.

We have spent four nights here while visiting Quebec City. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious. The service is great and the staff is pleasant. The hotel is located about 25 minutes from Old Quebec, which is not bad. Every room has a second door which takes you straight to your car. Overall, a very positive experience

We stayed here for 1 night towards end of July.

The hotel was easy to find as it was nearby the highway. Check-in went smoothly, we were asked what colour and brand our vehicules were. We had booked a few classic double rooms which were on the second floor and really nice but a little dark at night as the lighting was not very strong. In the shower, shampoo and body wash are available.

As for the gym, it is small but has everything: a multi-function strength training machine, a treadmill, a stationary bike, an elliptical machine, a floor mat, a water dispenser and clean towels.

Breakfest is included and there is a good selection of food: bread toast, bagels, muffins, croissants, boiled egg, coffee, tea, etc. all fresh and delicious in the morning.

Check-out was also straight-forward. I strongly recommend this hotel!

Been coming here since 1989 and never looked back.
My company and business takes me here 10 or 15 times a year and I'm always looking forward to being there.
By far the most convenient friendly quiet place you will ever want.
Let's not forget the breakfast mmmmm great!!
