Alles Blau is a hotel located right in the central part of Pelotas. The hotel is very traditional in the city, and it has been renovated, making it a very decent place to stay when in Pelotas. Back in 2000, when I first went to the city to work, I stayed there, and though it was ok, you could tell the hotel needed improvements. Now, after the renovations, the rooms are much better, and the price is quite decent for the quality.
I also loved the fact that on the ground floor there is a fantastic restaurant, meaning every night I did not need to leave the hotel to have a nice meal. I love eating healthy, and by simply coming downstairs I could have my veggies alongside a healthy protein (I ate salmon every night).
There is one thing about the food, though, I could not resist... the desserts! Pelotas is well-known for the its sweet delicacies and I just loved trying them every night! (After returning home I started worrying about the weight again...).
MY VEREDICT: it is totally worth getting yourself a room at AllesBlau, but mind you, reserve in advance for the hotel always gets full, so if you leave it to the last minute you may not find a bed to crash!

It's a good restaurant, the place is beautiful the food is well too. It's difficult to me have a launch there, is too far of my job, but even I can, I go.

Comfortable rooms and good service with a decent price. The restaurant downstairs is delicious.
