Mar Hotel Conventions

Hotel was nice and clean, the washroom could've used a deeper scrub as there was some mold in the grout and caulk. But otherwise it was nice, the breakfast buffet was great, lots of variety and tasted good. Stayed in both the newer and older tower and in both the rooms where great. The rooms where super cheap, a suite for 5 days cost the same as a weekend back home. Location was amazing, a short walk to the beach with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Also being not even 10 minutes by car to the Airport was also great especially since my flight left a 4am so it allowed me to get as much sleep as possible since it's right nearby. The pool was also amazing however the swim up bar and part of the waterfall being closed sucked however it was Winter in Recife when I went so that might be why

The location is very good, right in the center of a famous city in Recife. The building itself is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean and the service is fast and caring. I just think there could be more staff, as one time I was trying to find someone to give me an information and it took me a while to find one.

This is a very good hotel in a prime location in Recife. Lots of shoppings, restaurantes and the beach just around the corner. The staff is veey welcoming and always ready to help with a smile upon their faces. The hotel has too towers. One is older, from the 80's probably, but the rooms are large and have a view to the beautiful pool. It is well suited for turists. The second tower, it os new, modern and best suited for business. The rooms are elegant and fresh, with four pillows in the double beds. The breakfast is excelent, with many varieties of bread, fruits, hot dishes and you can order your own omellet or "tapiocas" on the spot. The room service is good, fast and not too pricy. I am sure you will have a pleasant stay with you choose this hotel. Ah, they offer special prices if you book directly with them throught their website.

Copa Cabana may not be the only city to experience the Brazilian culture and beautiful beaches. Recife certainly caught the eye with its miles of sandy white beaches and seafood Restaurants. This hotel offers five star luxury accommodations and nightly buffet. The pools are quite entertaining with a bar and a gym outdoors. I would recommend a mosquito repellent if prolonged outdoors are planned.

The hotel is well organized and elegant, I do not know if it deserves the five stars, but for me it seemed to merit, I only raise the issue of parking, I found it expensive, even for a professional event.
