People, service, food, and parks are great! Water does leak in the bathroom (toilets and shower) but nothing too crazy.

Wendell, the ambulance driver was great. He drove my wife, son and myself to the local doctor on the premises because my son was sick and vomiting. Wendell drove safely but also had us arrive promptly. Thank you Wendell!!

Giardino hotel is a Very pleasent place. The room is spacious, the shower os great and decoration is beautiful, inspired in italian placa. The food server in lunch was well prepared and tasty. Breakfast was awesome as well, with a Lot oficial choices to made, even If you are looking for healthy meals. The pool area is great and there is a lifeguard to check that everything is Fine. There is a Free bus to take you to Hot Park. The best attraction of the complex is Parque das Fontes, do not miss It.
