Spent two weeks there for work. Great place. It is probably a 2 to 3 stars hotel when it comes to the rooms, but they are always clean and well kept.
They have a great Northeastern Brazilian breakfast. I have not used their pool, but it was always packed. I used their gym, but it is really 'meh.' You're better off running outside and seeing people.
Would surely go back, and if your goal is to stay in Maceió at a place from which you can visit the nearby Beaches, this is a great choice.

Great hotel in the heart of Ponta Verde Beach. The service is great. Always different foods and entertainment.

Great location on Maceio in front of Ponta Verde beach. There are some good restaurants and facilities both for day and night visitors.
