Small but very nice collection, vehicles from world war I and II like Renault FT-17, M4 Sherman and M3 Stuart tanks, as well as guns, mortars, cannons and other armor.
Also, very much educational with regard to the Brazilian military history.
Free entry, worth a visit if you are in town anyway.

Very cool military museum located in the historic section of Porto Alegre in Rio Grande do Sul. Impressive display of WWII era weapons and vehicles. Worth a visit if you are ever in Porto Alegre - by far my favorite museum in the city and it's free.

Museu muito bem cuidado e com ótimas atrações. Realmente é possível embarcar nas viaturas históricas, aprender muito e tirar ótimas fotos. De todo o centeo histórico de Porto Alegre, este foi a melhor parada, incrível que pareça. Vale a pena.. O restante do centro de POA não está nos melhores dias (viagem de casal de carro).

Muito bonito, dependendo do veículo é possível entrar para tirar fotos, obs: alguns veículos há uma regra de idade máxima.
