Lovely and beautiful place, well looked after and clean, it's definitely a must go if you are in Porto Alegre

In the center of Porto Alegre, this is a huge building meant to be a space for several cultural activities. Anyway, if you want you can hang out there, have something to drink or eat. It is worth a visit.

Love this great space dedicated to Mario Quintana. A pleasant way to visit and get informed about the life and work of this great poet.

An amazing venue. The old hotel was converted into a series of art spaces. Lots of variety to ensure art to anyone's taste. Visit the Cafe on the roof. Excellent food and service.

Always very pleasant place to visit. Don't forget to go up for 7th floor to take a coffee or take a food at cafeteria there. Always very tasty all what we tried.

Has a cafe with a great view over the nice city up to the water. Also drinks are nice, service very attentive. Good to sit down and relax over a coffee/some drinks.

A fine gastropub at the top overlooking the charming city of Porto Alegre features as a bonus for visitors. Once a majestic hotel, this building is today a venue for art expositions, lectures etc. It is a very pleasant meeting place where you can also see films and buy books in a small but very welcoming bookstore.

Very interesting building architecturally, with three multi-level passageways connecting the two parts of the building. Lots of little art galleries throughout - you have to walk up one side and down the other to appreciate all the levels. Especially good views from the top floor restaurant at the back - they seem to allow people to just walk in for the views.

Great place for a coffee or beer with friends in a nice environment. The terrace is super cool.

A beautiful place, charming and warming. You could study, see a movie, walk at the garden, eat a good food and appreciate a nice view at the rooftop restaurant. However, you could learning about the famous writer Mario Quintana, who was lived there.

Must see place in Porto Alegre, home of Mario Quintana. There are always some expositions and a museum. In the last floor there is a coffee restaurant which is also worth visiting.
