Hard Rock Cafe

My partner and I frequent Hard Rock Cafes in other cities/countries.
We were going to be there Gramado and to our surprise there was a Hard Rock there. Too me kind of strange. Gramado seems like a German village in The mountains & Wa LA. There'sa Hard Rock Cafe.

Small , clean,neat.
We were also chosen to make a video about Hard Rock Cafe, How many visited talk about experience.

The only complaint was My order.
I ordered my burger well done. It ended up being medium. I don't care for pink meat.
I ate as much as I could thou.
If it wasn't for this this review would have been all 5 stars.

The merchandise/store is awesome.
I have been collecting The Glasses for 10 + years. T shirts,hats etc are Included in this.

Incredible atmosphere as usual in all Hard Rocks. This one is located in a popular corner in the city. It has 3 floors, two bars and options to sit outdoor if you want.

AMAZING experience. The dinner was great, very tasty. But more than a place to have a meal, this is a unique experience with a lot of rare musician stuff. You must go there!

I've been to this chain countless times around the world. And Gramado's Hard Rock Cafe doesn't fall short in terms of standards. Skilled chef, I introduced my husband to some Mexican dish and it felt like genuine Mexican nachos, despite the intensity of the jalapeños (which I have a high tolerance to). I highly recommend it, especially if it's your first time at a Hard Rock Cafe.

The staff is humorous, warm and welcoming. Chef is also friendly. They really strive for you to be comfortable and deliver an authentic Hard Rock Cafe experience.

Cozy, stylish... bit overpriced but nice place after all

Fun place to eat always, food was pretty good. Service was good considering we were in Brazil.

Excellent food, the staff is friendly, waiting to get a table is an enjoyable experience because of the rock museum and, more importantly, the food you order comes really fast!

Hard Rock, baby!

It was an amazing experience visiting Hard Rock Cafe Gramado with the guided tour by Xuleta. He explained every single piece of the house, showing its importance in the music world stage and showed us how priviledged we were to be right there looking at those pieces of art and history while having delicious burgers and beers.

I've already been at other Hard Rocks before, like Rio de Janeiro, Beijing, Buenos Aires and Santiago. None of those visits were like Gramado, due to the tour of Xuleta.

Super recommend Hard Rock to implement the guided tour in all the branches.

For you who is up to visit Hard Rock Gramado, request the guided your. It was for free by the way (still worth a fair price).

First experience in a Hard Rock Café and I was welcomed with a guided your by Xuleta that when I knew wasn't inplemented in all branches I couldn't believe. This made the experience way better and at some point made me cry.

The rock band was terrific.

Xuleta was one of a kind host at the hard rock gramado, he made a tour with us showing all the collectibles and the history behind every single item. Gnarly!

Amazing tour, worth every second. Every Hard Rock should have one! Chuleta rocks!

To be honest, I have been in so many Hard Rock Cafe in europe and this one is just awesome as the top 5 that I have been. For sure you may consider this one, but visit the second floor please.

Hard Rock Gramado - Chuletas tour must be replicate to ever single HR in the world.

I loved that place, the food is amazing and the place is beautiful. The attendance is excellent.
