One of the best parks in Minas Gerais for sports.
It has a 5.2km circuit around the park with a cycle lane as well as a wide road for pedestrians and runners.
It also has several football fields, volleyball and basketball courts. You can also find 100m running tracks.
Several exercise machines around the park.
On Sundays the swimming pool is open for the public.
Huge playground for children as well.
Several bars and shaded sitting spots
And if this is not enough, there are many CLEAN toilets all over the park.
They also have a zoo but as I do not visit zoos, I didnt go there.
Really worth a visit

Great park to go, walk and view a few o nature. At the day I gone there was a show of Esquadrilha da Fumaça, a famous brasilian acrobats plane and I drinked a perfect cold coconut water, so my visit was perfect. I hope you enjoy this park like me.

A very beautiful and pleasant place to visit, walk with or without the family. Great place to practice sports with different environments for this. Very wooded, organized and clean.

Nice place for a walk. There are free Zumba classes and other activities sometimes, early morning and late afternoon.
