Hotel Deville Prime Campo Grande

The staff here after wonderful. We only speak English and staff to happy to find an English speaking person or to practice their English. They were friendly and nice to talk to. The rooms after clean, up to date, very comfortable. The food is good. The breakfast buffets are wonderful. The catfish and spaghetti with mushroom sauce we're great for dinner.

A fantastic place to stay in Campo Grande.
My favourite thing about this hotel was their welcome at the reception. I felt like I arrived at a safe place and they would take care of me. The young lady who helped me at the desk, I wish I remembered her name, is a natural and spoke English suberbly well.
The sitting areas through out the hotel are beautiful with so much green areas everywhere and the pool area is the perfect place to relax with a gorgeous pina colada ou mojito.
Breakfast and fridge content are average but perfectly acceptable.

I no have words to say how wonderful was. To this class of hotel it's really incredible. Room is perfect, extremely well planned. Reception, check in and check out is fast and efficient. Room service is excellent and they call to you to know if is right... Is a great experience. Extremely Highly recommend.

Expectations for hotel restaurant food are always up for grabs, they tend towards mediocre. So far, good food, nice hotel rooms that are quiet and welll insulated. Restaurant wait staff could be a bit more attentive but they got slammed with work so I am not swayed away from saying Top-notch overall so far.

It is far from the airport, but really comfortable. Everything is new, the bed is really good, the room and toilet were spacious. It's close to the park if you wanna go for a stroll. Very nicely decorated. Good experience overall.

Amazing experience at the Deville Prime Hotel in Campo Grande. I've done a decent amount of traveling within Brazil, and it isn't easy to find a Hotel with the quality and service that we experienced while staying 10 nights in Campo Grande. The Valet Service was great, the gentlemen retrieving our car were always in a good mood and operated quickly. The breakfast was robust, with many options for every taste. I personally enjoyed the "Sonhos" a Brazilian version of a doughnut. Our room was very clean and felt like we were in a Marriott in the United States. Satelite TV service with movie channels in English, which was nice (I hate dubbed over movies. The attendants upon check in and check out were also very nice and were able to help us with all of our requests. The overall appearance of the Hotel is also nice, very modern inside with a touch of local aesthetic. On our next trip to Campo Grande, we will for sure stay at the Deville Prime.

Brand new, clean, comfortable, spacious rooms. Good deal for the price. However, restaurant is just OK, a bit on the expensive side for the quality.

It's an amazing hotel that offers a great service, the rooms are really nice and it's absolutely worth the money.
