As a native Kansas Citian, I could never have imagined that some of the best BBQ I have ever eaten could be found just outside of Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia!
Amazing stuff and gorgeous location. The proprietor, Brent is so gracious and passionate about his restaurant, craft, and life in Bolivia-what a gem!
It takes courage to bring North American BBQ to a country who loves its churrasco, but Rancho Montana has done it, and done it exceptionally well.
Food is served al fresco, surrounded by beautiful trees on a patio and kitchen installed by Brent and his family near their home. Plenty of shade, or sunshine if you'd like, and a small playground for the kids make it a worthy jaunt to this weekend only BBQ oasis.

Yesterday we were there and we’ve got blown away by exceptional food and friendly reception of Brent “MONTANA”. Place and meal feel different and definitely a really nice option that family or friends can’t let to take on weekends.

Ambiente campestre muy agradable para un almuerzo familiar y un servicio muy acogedor por su agradable recibimiento del propietario comida, postres, caminata por sus alrededores y una degustación de tragos artesanales y su cerveza

La atención personalizada fue espectacular, incluso un plus si quieres practicar tu inglés.
Las recomendaciones de comida y bebidas estuvieron excelentes, si quieres desconectar de la ciudad ese es el lugar.

Rancho Montana, es uno de esos lugares donde todooo es delicioso. La comida es INCREÍBLE y la atención es de primera. Recomendadísimo .👍

Excelente lugar en las afueras de Santa Cruz. La comida es increíble, barbacoa estilo americano con un profundo ahumado. Pedimos un menú mixto que incluyó abas costillas y pecho de cerdo, y un corte de res. Muy buenas todas. Los postres son unos cheesecakes de diferentes sabores. Todo en un ambiente campestre relajado y con un servicio de primera.
