Very straightforward, you get to the counter ask what's available and pick what you want, you go and look for a table, plenty of space and nice views, they'll bring some ispis as courtesy entrees while you wait for the main dish.

Overall the food is great, it definitely taste as good as it looks, comes with salad, potatoes and corn, plenty of fish and meat options, would go there everytime I go to Angostura.
