Hostal Valle Hermoso - TERRAUTENTICA

We stayed for one night during our bicycle tour of South America. There is a secure courtyard to keep bicycles. The staff are very friendly, washing our dirty clothes ready for the next day at a very reasonable price. The showers are great! Loads of hot water. An excellent value stay. The breakfast is a small additional cost, but is quite small (a bit of bread and jam, a boiled egg, a small portion of yoghurt and cereal). Overall, we had a great stay, highly recommended.

I booked a salt flat tour with Valle Hermoso. I highly recommend this company. I arrived in Tupiza and booked a tour for the next day. After talking to the incredibly kind woman at the office, the friend I met while travelling, who initially had other plans, was convinced as well, and we booked the tour. Everything was perfectly organised. We had an absolutely amazing guide, Armando. Our Spanish wasn't too good and he often had to repeat things, which he always patiently did. He always asked if we were fine or had any questions, was an excellent driver (I felt absolutely safe), had a good sense of humour, and always scheduled everything so perfectly that we always had the touristy highlight spots for ourselves. In general, he was just a great, hard-working, young man. Amando was also so motivated to take great shots of us at the salt flats and had loads of great ideas. He was very attentive and immediately saw when we had questions or searched for something (and got everything for us). When we arrived in Uyuni he even helped us with the bus. The food was delicious and always plenty. They had fantastic vegetarian meals. The accommodation was always basic, but totally fine for all of us. The company was really transparent - the woman told us beforehand that accommodation would be basic with no hot water and that the first breakfast would only be basic. All in all, a fantastic tour wonderfully organised with an amazing driver. Thank you

Easy walk from bus station. we got amazing offers for tours to salt flats and rock formations for around the town. breakfast was nice. hot showers and warm rooms. very friendly staff and owner. speaks English well.

We did do 2 tours. One was to the puerta del diablo and to the other sites near Tupiza for about 2 hours or so. It was a nice tour to do and see great rock formations.

And did the 4 day Tupiza- Uyuni salt flat tour. Great driver and cook. AmazIng sites and nature. Saw lots of animals, beautiful lakes, mountain peaks. Once in a lifetime experience. Must do. Best thing in Bolivia.
Just to know that rooms are very cold and definitely need layers and sleeping bags. No hot showers and limited time for charging. No internet connection or cellular service.

Very good experience in this hostel : everything is perfect. And the employed are really nice, kind, with positive vibes, and offered us the chippest tour we can find to go to Uyuni, the salt flat and the natural parks.
We paid 1100 Bolivianos for 4 days, all meals (vegetarians as well) and nights included. We also had to pay the entry of the parks (15 + 150 Bolivianos), and rent boots for the salt flat (20 bolovianos). We had to pay the restrooms almost everywhere (2 or 5 bolivianos). We could pay 6 bol to go in a warm natural water in front of a lake. Very beautiful. Our guide Delfin was really nice and I respect him for all the work he did. Driving 10 hours, do the service of meals, clean, take the bags on and out of the roof, take pictures of us and tell us about places we go...

Its a very nice place with very friendly people. Top adress for backpacker

Nous avons choisi Valle Hermoso Tour pour notre tour dans le Salar. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir Éric comme guide ! Eric a été adorable tout au long du tour, attentionné, serviable et toujours de bonne humeur. Il a toujours trouvé des solutions malgré des problèmes mécaniques pour qu'on passe un tour inoubliable ! Eric est un conducteur prudent qui assure votre sécurité. L'agence et lui même on fait le choix de partir en décalé des autres groupes ce qui vous permet d'être quasiment seul sur beaucoup de site touristiques à couper le souffle ! Alexia et Carolina de l'agence nous ont présenté le tour et tout ce qui était présenté était inclus !

La verdad 0 quejas, nos hospedamos solo una noche y nos tuvieron un trato muy cordial, tanto la chica de la mañana como el señor de la noche, excelente ubicación cerca de la terminal y desayunos (con cargo extra) muy completo. 100% recomendado

La mejor agencia posible para hacer un tour al salar de Uyuni, sin dudas. Y comparamos en más de 8 agencias de Tupiza (mejor que desde Uyuni, ya que dan una noche más)
Tras algún mal entendido y excusas que no entendiamos sobre lo que cubría el tour (dos días no comimos lo que estaba previsto, y en cambio nos dieron espaguetis, o unos reflejos que no llegamos a visitar), la agencia ha demostrado que da un servicio de calidad, con 3 detalles que nos encantaron: dormir en las termas, visitar CIUDAD ROMA, y solucionar los contratiempos que siempre hay en una aventura como está :).
Recomiendo esta agencia, importante hablar con su directora, Alexia, que sabe gestionar la necesidad del cliente.😃👏

La verdad que nos súper sorprendió el lugar, tanto en el precio como en la atención. Todo excelente, las chicas de día muy amables y Jorge (el señor de la noche) más que divino. Tanto la info que nos brindaron como la predisposición para ayudarnos de diez!
