Waterside Houses

With my partner we traveled 7 hours to get here and it was worth it. Personal was very polite. With a beautiful view just from our windows. The quietness and piece is everything we need. Clean and tidy place. We absolutely love it!!

We had the most wonderful time here. It was my fiancé's birthday, and we wanted something relaxing for the night—and this was perfect! The staff were some of the friendliest we've ever experienced in Bulgaria. The room was beautiful and they even left a lovely birthday gift :) The jacuzzi on the terrace was a definite bonus. We'll be back!

Really good and tasty food at normal prices. Service is polite and helpful. Atmosphere is calm and relaxing. A place you can spend good time and have a dinner with friends or family. Definitely recommend.

Delicious traditional baked dish. The pizza was fine for the kids, and the goat cheese salad was also delicious.
No one really speaks English, but managed to get what we needed. The lake view with fish and ducks was the highlight for the kids to get distracted while waiting. Also the swing and trampoline were good attractions. Really recommended.

Amazing place! The house has a large sofa, kitchenette, dining table and bathroom on the first floor. Second floor has a bedroom with another bathroom equipped with a tube. Both floors have balconies and we used to sit outside in the evenings. The restaurant serves good food and has lots to entertain our children. There are two swimming pools with hot mineral water. Highly recommended!

It's a quiet, semi-secluded place with 6 houses, a cafe, a restaurant and a summer pool. Not enough? It's situated inside of a dam premises and its got wildlife and an opportunity to take a ride on a paddle boat and a canoe. The houses, the cafe and the restaurant are literally stepping into the water and you can feed the local fish or ducks. The houses are clean, well equipped and well separated into rooms/floors. The cafe is a 2 store building inside the water. The restaurant is right next to the pool and the boats and canoe. The food is very tasty and affordable. I'd definitely go back to that place for another one week stay! Recommended!

Lovely place to take it easy. There are only six houses but the restaurant and Cafe are open to the public. Good view, good food and very suitable for young kids under some supervision. There are lots of fish in the lake and the people in the hoses have lines set up. There are also geese and ducks in the water that complete the picture. The water is quite clear and the seeming pool is pristine. There is also a kids friendly football pitch and a trampoline.
The best thing is the clean air and quiet atmosphere. Would come again.

It was really nice place to take a rest! The water is really close to the houses with good opportunity for fishing. Fresh air close to the mountains. Clean and good facilities in the houses.

Clean and very nice rooms, with a wonderful view. Excellent location. Breakfast could be improved with some bio/farmers market products.

Good food and terrific view and friendly staff. The patatoe croquettes with bacon and cheese are great - definitely worth trying!
