SPA Complex "Belchin Spring"

This is an amazing, new hotel. In the rooms smells like fresh and new. The SPA and pools are great. The whole team is very kind. The food in the restautant is exquisite. The view from the hotel to Tsari Mali Grad is impressive. We had a wonderful experience.

This is not our first visit to this complex. We bought a subscription for 5 visits. I was lucky to get to Spa during a snowfall. Thank you for meeting us and allowing us to visit the complex, since now it is open only for hotel clients. The spa, as always, is of a good standard, and since the change of chefs, I look forward to each visit to the complex in order to enjoy food in the hotel restaurant.

The waiter this time showed a disdainful attitude towards us with all his appearance.

Beautiful location, the service is always on spot. The spa accommodations are one of the best around Bulgaria. Rooms are excellent, but i also recommend the external houses.

Kids had so much fun! Hot water pools outside on a cold day really got the moms!

This is an incredible find that won't break the bank! This peaceful retreat, surrounded by natural beauty, provides a fantastic opportunity to recharge and unwind. The exceptional facilities and attentive staff make it an excellent choice for those seeking a quality spa experience at an affordable price. Although it may not offer extravagant luxuries, it does provide everything required for a comfortable and rejuvenating rest.

Great place, clean, calm and delicious food.
I can't say anything negative.
Everything was perfect.
Only the philosophy of this type of complexes does not appeal to me, because it is not right to be in place abundant with mineral water, with overnight prices well above the average and have to pay 4BGN for 500ml bottled water.

This is a beautiful place to visit alone, with family, kids or friends. We were here for two nights during the week. The staff is extremely kind and friendly, the hotel is super clean, the food in the restaurant is excellent. Every meal was delicious. I had the fish soup and the spinach soufflé - light and flavorful. Compliments to the chef.

The breakfast buffet has some variety of fruits and vegetables. They can improve on more healthy choices.

The massage was excellent. I tried the hot herbal bag massage with Luisa - truly relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The variety of water pools and the big thermal spa is impressive. Seems like hygiene is a top priority throughout the complex.

Four mountains meet here in this valley. Shorter or longer walking or hiking trails are abundant here. And the fall is so generous with its views and colors. I am grateful for spending time in this place.

We had really a great time with the colleagues there. The Business trip was well organized, we had a good conference room location near the biggest outside pool, so it was a nice trip.

Rooms are tidy and clean, and the Spa is great as well, five outdoor pools with different water temperature, three different saunas, steam bath, relax zone... It was a great experience. Will visit it again.

Amazing place! Really good spa resort, lovely hot springs outside, the pool is indoors, but it is huge. Three types of sauna. Everything is clean and meticulous. The staff is very friendly and very rich breakfast. Recommend it to anyone who needs to relax, lovely view and only one hour away from Sofia. If you have time, definitely recommend it. I think foreign people will love it too, unique place with nice mineral water.

No complaints at all. The rooms were clean and spacious. The outdoor pool and jacuzzis were clearly well-maintained. The food was delicious and staff was kind and helpful.

This place is amazing!!! Sparkling clean and very well maintained. Modern and cozy. Very friendly staff, we had no any issues. Perfect family vacation. The kids enjoyed the swimming pools, so did we. The SPA experience was also very relaxing. I highly recommend getting a facial and a massage! Would definitely return again!

Nice location. Very well designed and harmonious. The only drawback- stall can be trained better and this doesn’t not match the price level.

Brand new hotel and it shows - the setting/location is amazing; the service is great; the rooms are pretty good; the spa/pool facilities are awesome; breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I can't say that I was impressed with dinner at the restaurant, but I hope that only improves with time. Definitely a much better (and much more affordable) hotel than some self-proclaimed 5-star facilities in the country...

There are pools for everyone, playground for the kids, park for walks...excellent food... It's just perfect for relaxation 😌

The hotel, facilities, food and staff are simply Fantastic!! We celebrated our wedding at Spa Complex Belchin Spring in May 2022 and we had a blast. The experience with the hotel and the hotel manager Anton was really professional, down to earth and we could feel that the staff is putting a lot of energy to accommodate our wishes. We were 120 people from both Eastern and Western Europe, and everyone was fascinated by the quality of the facilities, the location and relaxing experience. The spa experience is at par with some of the best spa places in Northern Europe.
The location allows you to reach the mountains in less than 30min, which allows for great single day hikes followed by hot mineral water pools at the hotel and maybe a massage. Further, the hotel is only an hour drive away from Sofia and a taxi from Sofia at that time cost way less than 100 BGN (leva).
We highly recommend the spa complex Belching Spring to anyone looking to relax in beautiful surroundings with great dining!

Amazing spa weekend. Absolutely love the place. It’s not very big but it’s just perfect. Great atmosphere with very nice interior of the rooms and the hotel itself. The spa is great , the best part is the hot springs outside , where there is a great view of the mountains. Definitely going back soon.
