This is a family run place with Nicolay, as the part owner and manager, his girlfriend and mother all working together. They are amongst the nicest and most hospitable people you will ever meet. All the rooms (except one) are apartments or suites rather than just bedrooms. They are clean, stylish and spacious. Some rooms have beautiful views of the town and the mountains. Location is very central. There is a spa bath with a waterfall, normal jets and a very powerful floor jet! A sauna and steam room are also included. The restaurant has a good choice of dishes and everything I tried was delicious. Complimentary breakfast is available from 8.30 to 10.00. My apartment had a fridge (useful for cold beers on the balcony watching the sunset) and a sink with kettle also available but no cooking facilities. It’s easy enough to make a sandwich or snack or just order from the restaurant. The prices for accommodation and for the restaurant are very reasonable indeed. I had my washing done here and not only was it very cheap but Nicolay’s mum folded everything very neatly, matched all the socks and all in all I felt the service was more personal and better than many 4 star hotels! I really cannot recommend this place highly enough!

The best homemade food is in the restaurant of this family run hotel. It is great relaxing spot especially in the winter after skiing in Borovets. They have cozy rooms, small spa and great personal touch.

Perfect. Super nice, smiling staff. Perfect base for going next day to the mountains. Next to pools with mineral water. Great food too. The plum rakiya was delicious.

Where to start .. we stayed at the hotel and we were really lucky to get dinner at the restaurant too ! The food at the restaurant was fantastic... gReat choice, home made with high quality products .. service was very friendly and the ambiance was very quiet and nice .. I liked that there is NO LiVE MUSIC in the evening...wine choice was also good ...

in regards to the hotel we were very happy with our room , clean and newly renovated ... the only down side was the noice from the stairs .. the doors were very tin and we could hear noisy kids and lout speakers ...

We also tried the massage services at the hotel , also highly recommend it ..

Great place to stay - the apartment was big and cozy, furnishing was new and stylish. The food in the restaurant was amazing - you could tell products were farmer's.

Very good, the guest house and spa centre is clean. staff are very kind, and breakfast is more than enough.

Страхотно място, персоналът беше учтив и страхотен, в близост до центъра в същото време на тихо и спокойно място. Стайте са големи, храната е уникална порциите са огромни. Има джакузи, сауна и парна баня.Беше прекрасен престой! Със сигурност ще посетим пак!

Супер доволни сме от мястото. Обслужването е страхотно. Предразполагат те да се чувстваш като у дома си. Хората са мили и отношението им е чудесно! Чисто е и уютно. Храната е вкусна ,порциите са нормални за цените. Качество-цена отлично. Препоръчвам!

Пробвахме няколко пъти ресторанта, не сме отсядали за нощувка. Много е вкусно, пилешките хапки, джолан, домашните картофи, всичко е много вкусно. Порциите са големи. Препоръчвам домашния течен шоколад.

Оценявам ресторанта, а не хотела. Отвън ресторанта е непретенциозен, прилича малко на кръчма по нашето черноморие. Това е един от малкото случай, в които очакванията ми се разминаха с действителността. Това непретенциозно ресторантче има кухня на нивото на класен ресторант. Всичко беше чудесно приготвено, използват качествени продукти. Всичко, което хапнахме от този ресторант беше уникално вкусно и добре овкусено. Презентацията на храната им също е приятна за окото.
Бих искала да похваля милия и отзивчив персонал.
