A nice small spa hotel with boutique feel. The spa is not big with real mineral water (hot and with strong smell). The breakfast is amazing and the restaurant offers great cuisine. Service is friendly and responsive. Overall recommended.

Excellent place for adults and kids. Perfect and spacious interior. Friendly attitude, good cuisine, warm pools. ☺
BUT: every snack or coffee or bottled water you encounter at your room's table is NOT free service 😞.

Pretty nice and cozy hotel suitable both for a romantic getaway and for a family vacation with small kids.
The spa area is nice and we were also very happy with the massages we got.
The breakfast is exquisite.

A very cushy and clean hotel. Every room smells like a spa and they serve free champagne at the impressively extensive buffet breakfast.

The thermal water facilities are a huge boon and the main reason why we booked a room here. Shame they close them rather early, not leaving much time for guests to enjoy in the evening.

Make sure to check out the geyser in the village main square.

Very clean modern hotel, not the largest but very comfortable for a couple nights stay. Location is in the centre of Sapareva Banya and 100 metres from the boiling/steaming geysers bellowing from the ground.The rooms are impeccably clean with an aircon in both the entrance and the bedroom. The staff are very pleasant and professional, notably the young gentleman who worked on the roof topbar yesterday afternoon and the lady at reception. (The view at the top is superb and 360). The main pool is warm and cosy, with an internal and external jacuzzi + a further small pool, again on the roof. We didn't have dinner but the breakfast room was very clean and modern hosting a nice selection. Everything very warm and even bio fruit jars of food for babies. We will certainly return for another night or two over the weekend. Truly a good standard 4* hotel. Thanks 👍

Excellent facilities although the indoor pool is on the small size. Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and salt room are all excellent. Our room which was on the 4th. floor was smallish, but the balcony was fantastic, must be a wonderful room to stay in during the summer months. There was a problem with the window which was loose and could easily fall. Not the problem of the hotel but the window installers. I informed the reception and I’m sure that they will repair it. Breakfast was very good, nothing to complain about there. Had an excellent chicken soup for lunch which unfortunately was not hot enough as was the coffee I had afterwards. Although I find this a general fault in all of Bulgaria, food and drinks not hot enough. All the staff we met were friendly and accommodating, no problems there. Paid around 330leva for 1 night for 3 people in 1 room. A fair price for a good good hotel. I would stay there again.

One of the best newest SPA hotels in Bulgaria. Very good mineral water, service and environment. The interior design is super. Cleanliness is 100%. Restaurant need improvement in menu and assortment. Friendly staff. Working hours until midnight . The pool is small but SPA zone compensates. Also the owners have 2 other hotels in Panichishte with pools but no mineral water. Water is good for traumatology and knee joint. I’m refectory for skiers who enjoy Panichishte or for hikers .

I just loved our stay at the hotel! The atmosphere is very pleasant, nice room, comfortable bed... My only remark is that the bathroom could have been a bit more shiny (there was a small amount of mold in the shower cabin) and also the view from our room on the 3rd floor was not nice - looking towards the buildings opposite the hotel. The staff are nice and profecional. The spa center has a nice variety of facilities and the massage that I had was very very good. The food at the restaurant was excellent! All in all - I loved it

Our stay at the hotel was really pleasant. The rooms are looking very good and are really clean. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly and polite. In the Spa center there are plenty of procedures for face and body and the staff are professionals. The parking is very big and is located across the street. The inside pools are really clean and there is one pool for kids and couple of jacuzzies. I'm a bit dissapointed from the pool on the rooftop which was really dirty when we visited the Skybar. Although the view was great, the pool was a mood killer. We will visit again :)

Clean, new and cozy hotel. The sky bar at the roof top is fantastic. Nice attention to detail in interior and exterior. Excellent breakfast even at the closing hour. The only negative thing is tremendous use of glass doors and walls in spa area, disturbing the sense of privacy there. The restaurant is little too pricey, but the food and the atmosphere are excellent.

Friendly, clean modern hotel in a lovely town. The mountain view from our room and balcony was beautiful. The food was excellent and the spa was pleasant and relaxing. The Thai massage therapist was very skilled. The staff arranged transport for us to and from Sofia and also from the beautiful hiking trails in the area. The drivers were friendly, prompt and careful. Altogether a top notch experience.

Nice hotel with hot mineral water pool and hot tubs. Keep in mind pool is not for swimming, 'cause of the smaller size and water temperature, obviously.
Breakfast included in the price. Pretty decent, but nothing special I would say.
You can choose of few nice restaurants, located nearby, if you prefer to go out for a dinner.
Our room was a kinda small, but the balcony size compensated - was literally same in sq m.

The hotel is small but somehow cosy as the limited space has been very thoughtfuly used. The interior is elegant and calming based on simplicity and geometrical shapes in every detail. The spa area may strike you as quite limited at first but then you realise that all the basics are covered in the overall simplistic style. There may not be multiple saunas or rooms for exotic procedures but the great mineral water makes up with quality over quantity.
The service is great - everyone is very positive, smiling and ready to help.
I also recommend the restaurant for the great food, the carefully constructed menu that has something for everyone without being too bloated - including lunch menu, daily options for dinner and kids menu.
There are some small downsides such as the location on a busy street and the parking across the road but they are really minor as 103 hotel is one of the best spa places I've been to recently.

Perfect location on the main street of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nicely designed, clean spaces and rooms. The spa center is great, especially the rooftop swimming pool and the sky bar! The spa therapies are totally worth it.

Excellent boutique hotel. Great and varied breakfast food. The spa area is very modern and most importantly extremely clean. The ladies at the spa reception and friendly and helpful. The pool is filled with hot mineral water directly from the water spring. If you stay at a suite you get a bonus terrace with a beautiful view of the mountain.

The restaurant in this hotel and the breakfast served there are some of the best I have seen. The hotel is very pleasant and elegant, built with thought and taste. The spa, the mineral water it uses and the Skybar on the roof are excellent. The service is professional, efficient and friendly.

Situated at the foothills of the Rila mountain in the small, hot-speings town of Separeva Banya, the hotel boasts modern rooms and facilities - two pools (one of which with spring water), three jacuzzis (indoors, outdoors and on the rooftop bar), a sauna, a steam bath, a salt bath, a hamam, a gym and a massage area.

The restaurant has an exquisite menu and the staff are friendly, accomodating and offer great service.

Just 20 minutes away by car is the chairlift to the beautiful Rila lakes.

Extremely clean and modern hotel. The spa is outstanding and the food is the best I tryed recently in Bulgaria. We came for a day with my wife without having any expectations, as we found it accidentally on Internet. We were looking for a good spa hotel. Surprisingly it turned out that this place is like a secret garden. Great facility and even better client policy. They know how to handle the customer service issue in Bulgaria? Trully Excellent!
They put the client on first place and even if they don't offer something they will find a way to provide it. I would definitely recommend this place.

Amazing hotel - affordable and enjoyable spa facilities. Nicely designed rooms with balconies. There’s a hot tub in the open to sky terrace and a hot tub on the sky bar! The restaurant food is immaculate and delicious! Great service from service staff made stay delightful as well. Highly recommended
